My granddaughter had an eye appoint 3 months ago. I was told I paid everything owed that day.Now 3 months later I get a bill for $85. I went by and a nice lady named Misty came out to talk to me. She said Walmart billing office does not file or keep any insurance information. We have to call or go online to the insurance company ourselves. Not acceptable, done, done with Walmart Vision..,

Very pleased with my visit at Walmart Vision Center. Alexa was patient, attentive and kind—all great qualities that made for excellent customer service!

Very unprofessional and unreliable. Made a appointment a month ago they called me the day of my appointment to tell me the doctor is on vacation *which they knew for weeks he was going on vacation* and wanted to reschedule for another month out. Nope I’ll take my business somewhere else obviously not a good place with the amount of negative reviews 😳 I personally take clients and would never treat a clients this way VERY unprofessional. Wish I could give no stars.

Dr. Helms is rude. Did not let them have my old glasses. He told the nurse to reschedule my appointment. Really........what makes him think I would come back to him for an eye exam. I really wanted to give no star.

Shoved me out of the door instead of scheduling a follow up with me, and never gave me a prescription. When I tried to get my prescription I was told Id have to pay for another exam. This place is a scam.

They do their job. They are friendly. The Dr. has been there many years.
