I love teaching group fitness classes here at 5am and 9am Mon-Fri and 6am on Saturdays. They offer everything you need to get fit. Employees and members are very friendly. Never seems to be overwhelmingly busy. Probably one close to where you live.

By far the cleanest workout facility Ive been to. Staff is friendly and helpful and the equipment is very wonderful to use. Would recommend to anyone looking to get a good workout!

I’m super appreciative to Ally and Adrian for first reaching out and being willing to work with me and veryyy appreciative to Christi who got right on it as soon as I had called back! You three are awesome. Because of you three, we won’t go anywhere else. Thank you.These guys amazed me. I had been having a hard time paying my bill because of COVID and these guys just went above and beyond for me and my family. Not to mention how patient they were with me. No one else will get my business because of the experience they left me with. Again, thank you. It may have not been a big deal but to me it was.

Used to be awesome. Now, its so crowded in the morning, you cant even find a place to stretch let alone get on a cardio machine.

Clean, clean clean. Always hate going, but proud of myself when I finish.

This gym is awesome!!! Super clean and full of nice people. The classes are awesome and Annie the instructor is pretty awesome too. My son and I take her SPIN class. She is very welcoming towards my son and I really appreciate that. If you cant tell Im pretty amazed with this gym. #iffteamtribe

I just started working out here recently, I have to say that its a nice facility and all of the equipment is well maintained and the cleanliness is excellent as well. Im not trying to sell this place, everyone Im sure has their own opinions of course but I honestly look forward to working out here for a long time. The environment also is a non judgemental, you can go in there and do your workout without feeling as if the world has its eyes on you. Price is fair at least when I signed up so they say, I just happened to sign up on the last day of a special deal that was going on. Id recommend this gym to others.

Clean organized well kept facility definitely worth the 15 bucks a month.

I have a membership here and I gotta say that this is the best gym in the treasure valley! Ive tried 3 other gyms, but Im seriously satisfied with this one. Idaho Fitness Factory rules!

Annie Simmons is the best instructor at this location!!!! She provides the perfect combination of interval training, cardio, and weights for what most people would pay hundreds a month for! The facilities are always clean and the staff is friendly. I love this gym!

Very frendly staff

I really am enjoying this gym.. the only thing that is really odd is there are no STRAIGHT barbells, all of them are curved/wavy which are great for curls and things like that, but coming from a few people and myself who actually like to do hip thrusts and lunges-and traditional leg workouts, these are really uncomfortable and awkward to use. Ive never seen a gym that doesn’t have a straight set before this.

They are taking great care to make sure everything is sanitized.

Best of the IFF locations Ive been to. The membership is worth what you pay tenfold.

Its an ok place to work out. The price is good, but I wish they had staff there all day time hours at least. After not being in a gym setting for years there are several things I feel I could use instruction on, but havent yet because Im nervous about using improperly and the most convenient hours for me to go are unstaffed. Also, its good youre able to use the group fitness room when a class is not being held, but if it is, theres no where else to really do anything without taking up space or possibly being in someones way in the weight room. And, only certain things are allowed in the yoga room, plus, a lot of the equipment like jump ropes etc are in the fitness room. Also, it would be nice if some of their staff was actually trained instructors. I guess, thats what you get for the price.

Dont go here if your not a toothpick. My first day back from maternity leave and an instructor body shamed me. Totally unprofessional and I will be cancelling my membership. Nobody should have to hear that they are a larger woman.

All new facility and equipment. The fees are kinda steep, might go down in a year?
