This was a great experience and the appointment exceeded all my expectations. It was insanely easy to book a time and everything was done online. From paperwork to screening to actual appointment super easy and user friendly.The front office staff was so friendly and super helpful made me feel welcome! A huge plus for me. My first time was with Michele and she was very nice and informative. Second time was with Lisa and she was awesome as well. Both times that I have been there the laser technician have been very welcoming and friendly making the experience better.

They were great! The nurse took the time to explain everything in detail to me, and she easily answered all my questions. Also, when Ive called them after my appointment with any questions the staff is so helpful with answers and getting back to me!

My only issue is regarding laser hair removal. It feels as thou they do not do a complete job on purpose. As if they miss areas, or dont do it completely, so you need to come back sooner. My husband wend back 4x and still had hair in the same areas. He went to a different place and it was much more effective right away. Other than that they are very professional. Clean nice office. Lots of services.

I have been going to Sev for almost a year now. I requested Sheila a couple of times but when I showed up fort appointment they tell me Sheila is not there. I was upset but after a few times there and never getting Sheila, I just gave up asking for her. After about 5-6 laser treatments I randomly got Sheila one day and she was wonderful. I saw results immediately but did not see results in my past appointments! I was very upset because I felt I spend so much money on receiving NO-RESULTS, then 1 time with Sheila and I received amazing results! I wasted a lot of money and time there but I’m happy I finally have Sheila and I will not go to anyone else because it would just be a waste of money...money I cannot afford to just throw away!!! This was my first visit at SEV Laser. I scheduled my appointment online and it was quick and easy to find a time that would work for me. They emailed me all the forms since this was my first visit and it was very convenient. They allowed me to have a Facetime appointment to speak to the nurse to ensure I can have the procedure done. It was less than 5 minutes. Check in was easy since I did fill out my information online. I scheduled an underarm session and my technician walked me through it. She did a patch test to make sure the laser was not painful. The best part is that their machine provides cooling air to help minimize the pain. I was in and out in last than 10 minutes, the procedure was about 5 minutes. The payment process is easy. You are allowed to add tip on your card and they can save your card on file to make the checkout process even faster. Convenience and pain free, everything I could ask for. :)

This was my first time getting laser, I’ve read different reviews. It one of the best things I could have ever done. SUPER PAINLESS. The girl that did mine was extremely nice and pleasant. This was the absolute best laser treatment I have ever had. I’ve tried other laser facilities and they were very painful. SEV’s machine is top quality. The process was literally less than 10 minute for the areas of armpits and brazilian procedure. No pain at all. Very clean facility. I’ve found my laser home finally after all these years. Great service at the front desk as well.

Ive had an amazing experience so far at Sev Laser. Ive been to two other places and this is by far the best! Strangely, at the other places Ive been the cold burst is not continuous whereas the cold air is going the entire time here. I dont feel a thing! All of the staff are so nice and Lizzie is the best!

I love coming to Sev for my laser, the laser is virtually painless and my service is always a very pleasant experience.I am only giving three stars because the front desk associates can be very rude and have truly made me feel bad at times, for example accusing me of canceling my own appointment when that was simply not the case, telling me they had no appointments available but then when I go to book online there are plenty available, and a few more rude experience over the almost year I have been coming to Sev.These experiences wont stop me from coming to Sev as I love the services offered, but some of the front desk associates can really put a damper on my experience.

Was not a fan of SEV due to their poor communication skills. They are too busy for their own good and unfortunately I suffered the consequences due to the lack of communication. It’s so hard to get a hold of someone and when you do they’re rushing to get off the phone with you. Firstly, I haven’t done laser before and did my research and saw that SEV was the place to go! I did not know we were not supposed to use retinol and I had used one drop for the first time ever two days prior to the appointment and the NP didn’t clear me because of course this is not something you do if you want to avoid rashes and what not. The NP was passive aggressive, rushed, and acted like she couldn’t even bother speaking to me. She was literally reading off a questionnaire and it was so unprofessional at one point I really questioned if she was even a nurse at all let alone an NP. Anyway, I was never communicated that I could not use retinol, I guess it’s expected you know this...I already paid for full body so I could not even cancel or I would lose my money and appointment and in order to do my face and neck I have to rebook and pay for that separately. When I asked the front desk about this she told me that unfortunately I have to pay for full body and reschedule and pay for my face as well (nevermind The fact I did not do my back or partial abdomen area). It’s crazy how inconsiderate they are as I waited so long to get an appointment. I work 48 hours a week and of all parts I wanted to do my face and neck the most.. I drove an hour for my appointment. Now I have to find a day I am off and look for another place to do my laser at that hopefully will not see me as a dollar sign and another number. I will say this though, my laser tech was so nice and knew what she was doing! That was the best part of my experience.

Update: I’ve done my 6 treatments package and the result has been very successful. Nurses are professional and friendly. My skin is very sensitive and had a little bit itchy reaction. I contacted them and they called me back immediately and offered me professionally advice (worked out very well). I’m very surprised that after they knew I had a bit reaction, each time I went to the treatment the nurses will double check my skin is okay now (apparently all my nurses were informed about my sensitive skin). Very very impressed.I definitely enjoy their customer service and professional. Would highly recommend: One of the best laser hair removal place to go to.Easy to park. Staffs are very friendly, don’t have to wait. The whole process was fast and painless. Nurse explained very well and was very patient.

I had several large areas that needed laser treatment. Doria was great! We were done in less than an hour and the discomfort was minimal and certainly far less than expected. Looking forward to seeing great results ☺️

Sheila did my Botox and she was AMAZING. She was So nice and she has the lightest touch, it hardly hurt at all. My previous experiences with Botox at other spas was not pleasant and instead of dreading my next appointment because of the pain, I am looking forward to seeing her again.

These ladies are great. I was running late and they were still able to get me in between clients and they were so nice about it. The lasering is pretty incredible too. I barely felt anything my first time in so I thought I wouldnt get any results but after only 1 session I saw huge reductions in hair growth. I still have 5 sessions and am excited to see what my skin will look like in the end.

I have been going to Sev laser for about 7 months now. And I have to say I have never had a bad experience the staff is polite and always punctual. As soon as I walk in the door I’m greeted immediately by the time I’m finished checking in the girls are calling my name to go into the room. I’ve had many different girls do my laser and each and every one have been the nicest people that have just been so easy to have a conversation with I will always recommend Sev!

Very poor customer service, did not feel welcomed at all . Receptionist was very stone faced no smiles no courtesy words . Check in was awkward no instructions from receptionist i was the one that had to reach out and ask questions . Arrived 15 min early and was informed they were running late . The technician was very cold, felt like i was intruding . She had no inviting words. No place to really get ready for the procedure , just a bench with items on it and really no space to prepare, was very uncomfortable. It was my first time all around with laser hair removal and visiting SEV . The service was pretty bad . The procedure was great, no pain and very quick . But the service really sucked ..

It was my first appointment and it went to fast. The A/C was broken and it was pretty hot. I’m used to the previous place that did a very nice job. Maybe I will feel better on my second appointment, otherwise is better to drive a little farther but get a better job.

Great experience during my appointment but getting one scheduled was extremely difficult, as is making timely follow up appointments (which is disappointing since laser hair removal is cumulative). Available appointments are practically impossible to find if you need to come before/after work, at lunch or on weekends. Also frustrating was the fact that you can only use a service package at the location it is purchased at. Since appointments are so hard to come by, I wish I could use a package at any of the locations in the greater LA area based on their availability.

If you’re thinking about laser hair removal SEV Laser is the place to go! I was scared at first because I’ve read blogs where people get burned and as a result get scars due to laser hair removal. At SEV Laser they’re super professional. I made an appointment online. I was seen right on time. When the laser clicks it does sting a little and feels like the smallest rubber band snap. I’ve been snapped by a rubber band before and that hurts way more than this. It’s feels like such a small rubber band and it hardly even snaps. Anyways as soon as it clicks it’s over. The feeling doesn’t linger. I did both armpits. It took 5 seconds each armpit. They offered me aloe Vera after. It didn’t even hurt. It was so quick. I would 10/10 recommend this place. It’s too early to see results so I’ll keep you guys updated. But so far so good. Make sure to read all the directions they send you via email and follow exactly for best results

Everyone I’ve encountered at this facility are very nice, professional, and helpful. The place is very clean and beautifully decorated in a black and white French style. Didn’t have to wait long for my appointment, and the check in is done via iPad.The only down side I have is the parking is horrible. There’s only about 15 parking spaces for at least 6 or 7 very busy businesses. The shopping center is located on a two lane canyon rode so there’s not really any street parking. My previous visit I had to park in Calabasas high school parking lot, which I’m sure isn’t permitted, but couldn’t find anything closer.

They were really great. They came and did a perfect fantastic presentation on what they provide. The nurses are really friendly and know everything. They completely sold me on the painless procedure.

They will call you day of your appointment, leave you a message asking if you can change your time, and then go ahead and change it for you without your permission, then when you call back and ask them to move it back to your original time, they will offer you a much later and inconvenient time. So theres that. But the laser doesnt hurt and the results are evident.

This last trip to Sev was GREAT! The nurse I had was sweet and had the BEST energy. She walked me through new areas I was getting lasered and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way.

I drove over an hour to get to this location and arrived 10 minutes late (within grace period). Both the nurse and the receptionist insisted they wouldn’t be able to cover all the areas I was booked for because they had back to back clients. I was booked for 55 minutes, they treated me for 30 minutes and had me on my way. Even if they reduced my appointment to 45 minutes, they should have been able to finish the rest in the extra time. When I was leaving, there was nobody there waiting. I have been a client of Sev laser since inception and I will no longer go to any of their locations as this is one of several bad experiences with Sev laser. The staff is trained so poorly and are not accommodating to loyal clients- trained to push their policies even when it doesn’t necessarily make sense to do so.

Pricing is good, but they are too strict on areas. For example if you or someone gifts you a large area laser treatment, you can only use it for large, not medium or small... Seems stupid.

Great place and pricing! There schedule gets booked up very fast so sometimes I dont get scheduled out until 6 weeks after my last session and my hairs begin to grow out. Sometimes I dont see the results I want because of it.But other than that its great!
