This is by far the worst establishment I have taken my kids to in the area considering Agoura Hills, Westlake Village, Calabasas and Oak Park. The interactions with management and the supervisors have been terrible and my kid has come home crying on numerous occasions from the rude counselors. The man working there Cesar was rude to my child and I will not be bringing him back. This establishment needs to change.

They made my kids wait in the hot stuffy bus! For 50 minutes when it was 105 degrees out! My kids came sweaty and hot! I give a bad bad review!
