I came in today for my 11am appointment. I knew I wanted something different and edgy, but was nervous because being bi-racial, my hair can be a little difficult to do, and I had a bunch of options I had tried to think through before coming in. I was greeted by Suzy, she was happy to see me and had a huge smile! The salon was very inviting, clean, friendly, and refreshing. As I told Suzy about my options of different colors I was considering, I decided to take a leap of fate and let her choose. Well she did amazing! An hour and a half later, and I had different tones of beautiful red throughout my hair. I love it! Not only was she gentle and friendly, but she is definitely a professional. Suzy takes her work very seriously, and is very passionate about her career. For over 20 years Suzy has been in the cosmotolgy business and it definitely shows! Thank you Suzy for being so welcoming and giving me my confidence back, I really appreciate your hard work and will be coming back!

Susie did a full foil, haircut and blow dry and it is just outstanding. I love it!! And very affordable as well. Ive had this done all over the US (I travel a lot) and Susie is one of the best, and FASTEST. Cant believe how quickly it was all done. Very impressive and highly recommended.

Great service! Friendly staff! I brought in my mother who has trouble with mobility. The woman who did my mom’s hair was very attentive to my mother’s needs and did a great job! The gentleman working the counter even helped her get back into the car! Would definitely recommend!!!!!

When I visited my sister she cut my hair because I begged her. However she is not a hairstylist. When I came home I went here and learned that they are so nice and affordable. Definitely houngan to also come here to get my hair dyed since my other lady overcharges . Definitely check it out if your in town.Update:I went there again today. I got my hair blonde and Alice saved me $55. I normally go to another salon for coloring, but she did a fantastic job and I am definitely going to go back!

My wife and I came down to LA for a wedding, looking for a place to get her hair done, we just walked in Fantastic Sams Calabasas, based on the photos we had seen on their website, and I got a cut and my wife got her hair coloured and highlighted by Alic, she did a fantastic job, she was very pleasant and jolly person.

I have been going to Fantastic Sams in Calabasas for more than an year now. The staff is very friendly, attentive and always makes it a good experience - consistency in results is very impressive. Sara Diba is an excellent stylist for both men and women, has the good mix of talent, imagination and dedication to get it right each time.

Was sexually harassed by the male hair stylist, stuck his fingers in my clevage to retrieve hair 2x, brushed against me more than a few times. Got in contact with the owner he apologized and said I would get a refund, it has been 2 weeks and no refund. Obviously wouldnt recommend going here.
