I surgery at this hospital today and I must say they deserve more than 5 stars. The Emergency room staff where I registered at was sweet and the gentleman that took my temperature and info had an out going personality. Outpatient surgery staff was awesome. They joked around with me and made me feel at ease. I tip my hat off to y’all 💕💕💕

My wife sat across from nursing station for 5 hours miscarrying our child while the nurses are giggling and laughing the whole time. 5 different doctors came in to see and didnt seem to know her medical history even though they had charts. Finally after all that time and a shift change, a random nurse came in and broke the news. She had to wait another hour for a shot and finally discharged. Will never go back again. Ill make sure of it.

Took my wife to emergency room. Around 11:45pm The staff was polite And quick. We thought she was having heart attack. But it turned out to be nerves. Thank God. Seen right away.

Very slow we waited forever and to make it worse they had us sitting in a waiting room full of people everyone is all up on everyone like COVID doesn’t even exist.

Went into emergency room people are very rude not wanti g to work. Doctor doesnt know what he is talking about. Nurse doesnt have a good attitude. Very bad experience for my first time. Will not go there again

From Start to finish I had a pleasant experience with my 3 year old at this hospital. Staff was nice, efficient and the hospital is kept very clean.

I truly dislike the service and policy of children who are family members unable to visit at the baby center just because they are not the new born sibling. The woman there dont greet with kindness and I would not be surprise if they are racist. I dont recommend having birth at this hospital they dont assist moms who had C-section. There are so many negative views about this hospital.

They are rude, I sat in there on 1/24 with a stomach virus after being in the waiting room for 5 hours I came at 3pm and didn’t get to leave until 10pm so you add the hours. This hospital sucks and I wouldn’t want anyone to come here

I had just been diagnosed with Congestive heart failure at Phoebe Putney worth hospital. Went here for a second opinion. Their diagnosis was emphysema and asthma. 3 years later.... GRADY WAS WRONG BUT STILL WANT TO B PAID LOL

I have been to this emergency room several times and have never had the experience that I had tonight. Typically I’d give them 5 stars because their respiratory team is A1!!!! But tonight in the ER was a different story. I took my fiancé because he had the flu and a terrible tooth ache we got there at 4pm and it’s now 8:02 pm and not ONE doctor has seen him yet. We would love to get out of their hair and let them focus on the people that are having worse issues that us but they won’t even see us. He needed flu prescription meds and an antibiotic for a tooth and that’s it. Trip that SO FAR has taken hours could have been managed and out the way in 20mins-1hr. I’m truly dissatisfied with my experience and don’t know if I will ever send anyone back here I normally say how great they are. The doctor that came in to see the patient beside us was so rude. There’s also I sign on the door stating how they should act and I didn’t notice anyone acting that way beside Mr. Kent. Grady General y’all need to tighten up. It was my fiancé’s first time here and he said he will never be back. If he was dying (like many others have from complications with flu) he would have!! No one would have taken the time to try to save him.

Nurses are rude as hell. Never in my life seen such an unorganized establishment.

This is a good hospital, and could be a great hospital if people would utilize the dentists, family practice doctors, and urgent cares in the area instead of rushing to the ER for toothaches and paper cuts

I was traveling through Georgia on my way to Florida and had my first kidney stone attack. I thought I was dying. Siri on my IPhone directed me to the nearest hospital which was Grady General. I was traveling alone except for my best friend and loving dog Buster. I arrived at the emergency room with buster in tow and was about to pass out with pain. I was accepted immediately and the incredible care for me and Buster started then. I was taken care of by Rich and Kent immediately and was assured that Buster was in good care by a number of dog loving nurses. I am from Houston, Texas which has worldwide known medical facilities which I have experienced. Let me tell you if I am sick again I would rather be in the care of Grady General any day. Horrible place to go. The nurses and drs are spiteful, no respect for patients. And pick and choose who they let leave the ER first based on which patient they know and like the best. Kept me up here 3 hours just so they could let their friends go home first. Never take your family here. Just go to archbold or phoebe

Id give zero stars. Was here with my infant daughter for over an hour withiut being seen, not even a nirse checking in on us, upon going out of the room i noticed the nurses all on their phones and no doctor to be found. Worst place to go for anything important.

I was misdiagnosed, which ended up costing thousands of dollars, even with insurance. I was diagnosed with pancreatitis at 15 without ever having ingested alcohol and near normal blood levels. I ended up having very treatable gastritis which was discovered by a pediatric hospital in Atlanta. I also had an awful tech who insisted I eat the tray she delivered to me despite the NPO status initiated. Overall terrible experience but the nurses were kind to me.

Archbold has become a hospital that will allow there patients to die in waiting room to avoid cost for helping the poor,so if you poor with no insurance your screwed!The Doctors and nurses in emergency room would rather flirt and have long conversations than call back any patients to help them!

Avoid this hospital. Went to the e.r today for my wisdom tooth growing into my cheek and was in alot of pain. Barely able to open my mouth. I Arrived a bit before 5 pm. With nobody ahead of me in the waiting room. I sat there until 730 and decided to ask a nurse what was going on... she said they only had 1 doctor on staff in an ER and no PAs. How is that even possible. What do they do in an emergency with only 1 doctor.. so i decided to leave because it was clear noone was going to see me anytime soon...meanwhile while i was waiting about a half hour after me a man came in because he was in a car accident and seemed to be in pretty bad shape.... he was sitting right along with me until i walked out and went to another e.r..... would not recommend this hospital. They are understaffed and shouldnt even be running an emergency room with just 1 doctor.

Unfortunately ive had to go here twice in the last week. First time was for my 9 yr old who broke her arm at school. I drove her to the nearest e.r. she was seen very quickly and they did all they could to make her as comfortable as possible. We were in and out within an hour exray included it was wonderful. Almost a week my boyfriend and I both got a bad stomach virus and went back to the hospital to be tested for flu and strep, we were seen/ tested and sent home again within an time... again fantastic....however.... today a female calls from the hospital, she states shes from the e.r where we were seen (i checked the number, she called from grady hospital) she asked for my boyfriend. When i told her he was at work and asked what i could do for her she stated, we were just calling to check on him and see if he was feeling better have a good day and hung up! Well isnt that nice... WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF YOU WOULD HAVE CALLED TO CHECK ON OUR LITTLE GIRL WITH A BROKEN WRIST AND IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE IF THEY CALLED TO CHECK ON ME (i was in way worse shape w the virus than he was) BUT NO!!! No calls for us...seems odd... ill be contacting HR to see if this is normal behavior or if its just some lonely nurse using patients personal information to contact them trying to pull a fast one on an attractive man! Review done!

Sitting for hrs in the waiting room with 3 kids awaiting the huge gash in my hand to get fixed so I can feed my children.... people have been walking out for this same reason.Even seen shift change since I been here. How did the win awards for service?

Head injury and a 4+ hour wait shouldn’t take place at any hospital. Have more doctors and staff in the ER!
