Things you need to know if you consider this medical office in times of Covid:- They have patients waiting in the sun to be called. They have only three parking spaces, the others must park far away and cross a very dangerous avenue without a crosswalk. The secretary rudely tells the patients, if they dont want to sunbathe, go to the cars no matter how far they are parked and how many times they have to cross the avenue.- The secretary prohibited the companion of an 80-year-old woman, who could not climb the stairs (because they do not have a ramp at the entrance), from being with her, even though she told her that they went to the appointment for the Transcita service and did not have vehicle to wait. Between another patient and the companion they had to carry the lady to be able to enter her. And the secretary just waiting for the companion of the patient who was another elderly woman, to leave.- They justify that in a large space, by the protocol, they cannot have more than 4 patients in the room (being able to have comfortably and without violating the distance between 6 and 8), however, at NO TIME, in more than two hours of waiting , the secretary came out to disinfect the chairs in the waiting room, at NO TIME. A delivery man even came in to bring food to the secretary, he told her he wanted to use the bathroom, she allowed him and NOBODY went to disinfect it.-A lot of zeal for enforcing their protocol in the room, but the secretary, and two more employees, without distancing themselves, showing each other things on cell phones, laughing and high-fiving and everything that made them laugh.- In the waiting time (more than two hours) there were no more than three patients SITTING, in the room, but there were seven patients queuing outside in the heat, sun, plus the three who were in the vehicles in the parking lot near the door.- They make an appointment at one hour and you see the doctor two to four hours later, in a scenario like the one described above and the secretary demands that you pay the deductible in cash, they do not provide a second payment method as it should be.

I understand that for reasons beyond their reach they canceled my daughters appointment yesterday, to quote her today at 11:30 am, I understand that there is a protocol for the pandemic, but I understand that it is a lack of respect that they quote at 11:30 am a person, it is 2:30 pm and still nothing, the worst thing is that my daughter is a nurse and works night shifts, so she went without sleep to expose herself for so many hours on the street without the need for your protocol to be a trash. THANKS FOR NOTHING!!!
