Terrible service in the maxillofacial office, the secretaries are disorganized, they do not answer calls or emails. I had an appointment today, and they did not call me to tell me that I had to do a rapid test (again) when I had already done one according to their instructions. I couldnt meet the doctors, but their staff was enough. They must be updated and organized. The office was empty, and they dared to say they cant handle that much. With what? Three employees, and couldnt verify who they had by 2 p.m.? I have been calling since Monday to report the problem that they are not conducting molecular tests, and they never responded. That same day I sent them an email explaining my situation, there was no response either. Im a teacher, and Ive been waiting for this appointment for a long time. Total disappointment.
