The gym is okay, but the care for the people does not exist. Right after, hurricane Maria I had to leave the island and they didnt have any system to proceed the membership and I went to cancel my gym membership which they said Dont worry, we have everything under control. Today, I received a call for debt that I had when they were taking for more than two years the money from my account. They never called and never communicated that why was I paying but not at the gym. No help for the person that had to sacrifice everything to have a better future.

Machines need update. Most treadmills have issues. Air conditioner gives a lot of trouble, most often the gym has high temperatures. Spinning classroom is very warm, the air conditioner reeds 68 degrees which is very warm for such an energetic and high intensity class. If it werent for the excellent instructors they have I wouldve changed to another gym. They canceled classes for lack of quorum.

Every machine and weights you need but need a little update. Also the air conditioning sometimes do not work. They cancel classes of the quorum is low hence wasting your time.
