My children love the dental office and everyone who works here. Absolute joy to bring your kids to a dental office and they actually like it. Thank you.

New to the area assigned this clinic by our insurance. After my daughter was seen in urgent care over two weeks ago because they could not get her in she was still sick. Urgent care said to follow up with her primary doctor if still sick in a week so now going on 3 weeks of being sick I was Trying to get her in. This place made no effort to try and get my sick child help and literally told me “she can not be seen till she is better” what is the point of a doctors office? Are you kidding me? Absolutely refused to see her because she was sick. Left with no choice we took her back to urgent care where she was diagnosed with step throat and a sinus infection. If I new How to sue for malpractice I absolutely would. DO NOT GO HERE!

If u would like a doctor that listens to what u want or are there for save yourself the problems and find somewhere else. If u need to be seen for more then one thing make multiple appt cuz thats what I was told I have to do

Good clean place. My fiances doctor Dr. Soomin Han, was very rude, unprofessional and made her feel very disrespected. She should not work with people in the public of learn how to speak respectfully especially to a vulnerable young woman in severe pain. Suggest avoid her.

Disgusted with the lack of cleanliness! Not only was the room filthy there were Ants all over ! Nurse was frustrated she could find propped equipment to take my blood pressure so she didn’t take it , keep in mind in my chart you see I’m medicated for it ! Absolutely disappointing!

I have seen Victoria Richards 2 times and both times she has been rude to the point of hateful. I was getting a lady exam done and it was the most painful thing I have ever endured .she said that she couldnt find the correct spot and kept digging and said she was going to send me to the OBGYN and then went back in to dig around some more . She said she didnt even have the correct tools to do the exam properly. Then when she finally said she thinks she got it she wasnt 100% sure.. then when she then had all of her rings on too when she went back to the exam. I was left in so much pain and In a pool of blood. And when I asked her and told her my symptoms and how I thought it might have gallbladder problems she said that I was pretty and much crazy and walked out .

They take children and grown-ups there for dental and doctors really nice workers there in really nice Dental workers and they have their own Pharmacy there to you can pick up your medicine

I recently had a visit there for check up and cleaning. What a joke, the TVs there on ceiling should not be on ,I noticed the guy that was cleaning my teeth spent more time watching his I quote favorite food network. I had lost a filling and they replaced it but failed to clean out the old filling and bacteria so this caused an abscess. I asked if I had any cavities the dentist said no. I then went to a real dentist and she was appalled. She did an exam and I have 5 cavities, which she did not need an x-ray to see. I told her I had my teeth cleaned at the clinic the week before and she showed me pictures of my teeth, some of my teeth were only half clean you could see the marks where he scraped, some teeth that had plaque on them were never touched. WHY? I asked, such a bad cleaning job? HE WAS WATCHING TV THE WHOLE TIME THERE. The TV was not for me to watch the light they use is right in line of TV so you cant see it. I will never go back there again.

Great pediatric doctor! Him and Dr.Borton are wonderful.

The pediatricians are SUPERB here! And the dental staff is pretty awesome, but that is where the good reviews end. My first nurse practitioner, (you NEVER get to see the actual DOCTOR here, its all nurse practitioners or other staff that cant really do much more than pass out band aids), wasnt too bad. But she left because she was worth more than that place and knew it. So I was tossed to nurse practitioner Robin Shook. He took care of some things for my grandmother and had a good review from her, but that was before he came to GLFC.Ive had nothing but crap with him. None of the pills he tries to force on me work for the problem I have. I came in complaining about torn ligaments and tendons. Under my right knee you can feel how the tendon has NO pull to it. Im in constant agony. And the NURSE Robin Shook made me go in for x-rays TWICE and gave me antidepressants for pain. Im not depressed, Im HURTING. After telling him walking was making the pain worse and it was starting to affect muscles in my right foot, he REFUSED my request for crutches. I ended up BUYING them myself...they were $20.Robin Shook for certain cares nothing about his patients, and everything about the kickback money he gets throwing pills that dont work at people.For children, you cant go wrong with Dr. Gus. But once you are grown up, unless you are rich they treat you like crap here. Especially Robin Shook.

Jon Borton has been my PCP for two years now and he is GREAT. Great sense of humor and he makes the experience pleasant. Could not be happier that he is both my and my husbands doctor.

Victoria Richards is very, very disrespectful, my fiancé sees her, and he has troubles explaining things for him self, so I do it for him, she looked at me put her hand in my face and said I’m talking to him not you, in the snootiest way, I told her he’s my fiancé I help him. I walked out out the room because I didn’t want to get rude back.

They wont get you in to see a doctor if its not your primary because of thier policy so you are either half dead or no longer sick before they will give you an appointment. Extremely dissatisfied with the patient care.

I still have the bad tooth and even after looking at the tooth, would not help. so even though they didnt help me, they didnt mistreat me either and its not their fault my State insurance wouldnt cover an extraction so guess Im stuck it .

I have seen Rob Robin what ever you wanna call her. Was very rude and a bit disrespectful toward me for trying to get a refill on my meds I was put on after having a Heart Attack. He looked at me like I was asking for some strong pain meds. If they ever ever told me I had to see him again one of 2 things will happen 1 I will go without my meds or 2 I dont have to say but can tell you they would never let me in that building again.

Terrible experience with the dentist there. He was milking my insurance out for work that wasnt needed. Dont go here for dental work.

Receptionist had her nose up her bum and was overly rude to my wife over the phone. My wife was just diagnosed with some heart problems and needs to see her doctor soon. The receptionist said that my wife cant seen as quickly as required by the ER and just has to find a new primary care doctor.

I have always received great care here, and I have been a patient for 21 years now!

The Dr office is terrible. Shook and borton are ok, but overall, not good.Dr mark at the dentist office gets five stars though ☆☆☆☆☆

Very family and perfect

I had an extremely horrible encounter with two separate physicians at this office. The first being Dr. Cane. Not sure if she still works there or not, but she was trying to force me into the Depo shot when I did not want it, basically telling me that I was too irresponsible to remember to take my pills. The second being Dr. Jonathon Borton. He was completely unprofessional the entire time (answering texts messages, swearing, etc..). He even went as far as making sexual gestures towards me. He also completely blew off my symptoms even though the nurse (who was great) seemed genuinely concerned about what was going on. Ive seen Dr. Gus Dolorfino there my entire life and he was an AMAZING pediatrician but now that Im too old for a pediatrician I can no longer see him. I would NOT recommend any of the doctors here to anyone.

I only gave one star because I couldnt give it zero stars. I will never go back to this office. I have seen 2 different doctors here. Not happy with either of them. Dr. Cane was terrible! Would not recommend her to anyone

The only problem I have is when I leave a message for someone to call I NEVER get a call back.

The worst health care facility i ever came across. I really wonder if these guys ever care for their patients. Everyone over here seems to be ignorant. If possible avoid this place.
