While on the phone about my daughters shot/check up, not only did they have the wrong file in hand reading it off to me, laughed with other employees while on the phone with child’s father (me) and grandmother, while Ms. Turner is cracking jokes in the back and no one is telling me the right information. I believe this place should be investigated and held to standards before giving them any more of my time and money

They are an efficient dedicated pediatric clinic. The front desk staff was a tad blunt, and seemed quite busy learning a new computer system, but I was impressed with how quickly people were called back. It is not a walk in clinic, but they made time for an appointment far quicker than our previous clinic. They accept Tricare, which is great for military types.I had trouble reaching them by phone for a couple weeks, but the receptionist Jenny was very fast and thorough once I did reach them. The facility seems small but well staffed. The waiting room is quite small, and there is no separate area for sick kids vs healthy kids. Parking is tight; one family had to park at the adjacent storefront. The two nurses we saw today with our 3 year old were both excellent with kids and gave good advice. I did not feel rushed as I did in our previous clinic, and I absolutely value how quickly they called us back and got to work. Very little waiting around. I would recommend this clinic as a great local choice for parents in Cabot, and we look forward to actually meeting a doctor next time.

Let me start this review with some important information: my son does not have his shots as we dont believe they are good for us.My wife went to this clinic for one single reason - my son was having an allergic reaction to SOMETHING and we wanted help in determining what it is. We scheduled an appointment with this clinic and she took my son in. After they were with the doctor and already paid, the doctor started refusing to do tests on my son because he didnt have his shots. What in the world does shots have to do with allergic reaction? Are they proven to prevent allergies? Anyways, my wife asked him to do a blood test for allergic reactions and he refused. She insisted and he very sarcastically agreed to do it. Before finding out he didnt have his shots, the only thing this doctor offered to do what give him all types of medicine...and well see what happens. Does it take a medical degree to experiment on a child with medicine? After finding out about not having shots, he refused to do anything more for him.Bottom line, if you are pumped full of drugs and vaccinations, then this clinic may be for you. If you dont pump your kids full of drugs and man made chemicals, then I would recommend you stay away from this place.

Front desk needs more help. They transfer all the NLR clinic calls to the Cabot office too. It’s a little wild. The front reeks of cigarettes and cheap lavender. I had a headache after leaving from the awful smells. The nurse we saw was amazing. The doctor was alright. The place just seems run down and super small. You can barely walk through the hall with an infant car seat. I was nervous taking my newborn in such a small space with sick children.

This is a great and attentive place for kids to be treated. For the guy whose kids arent vaccinated.. McDonalds probably does more harm than a handful of shots, not to mention all the processed food pumped full of chemicals. A simple shot could have prevented the measles outbreak in Memphis or the one in California a few years ago. Too bad kids have to suffer because parents dont use common sense regarding the modern marvel of vaccinations. Cars are modern marvels as well as dangerous. I bet you drove to the pediatrician.. look up how many accidents claim lives versus save them..do the same with vaccinations. I understand we all have rights but if something this simple could keep another epidemic at bay than getting a shot makes sense. An EpiPen pumps out drugs. Those save lives too.

The doctors here have misdiagnosed my child several times resulting in emergency room visits. As well as I have been trying to get ahold of a nurse since 8 this morning left a voicemail and have not been called back. The number I was given for the nurses line is not correct and when I just called at 12:30 they were at lunch however the time on the recording for their lunch is from 1-2.

Staff seems to be severely understaffed or either non managed. Seems that a wait time of 1.5 hours for a scheduled appointment is a little extreme. Clinic is empty and still encounter this type of wait period is non acceptable. We will not be coming back due to the disorganization that has happened today.

Worst office in Cabot, if your black or other don’t come here, Jenny is so rude and racist, Refused services to a client that’s been coming for two years almost, and two kids after speaking to supervisors it seems they would rather lose money then replace a on going problem which is Jenny so sad, but on a good not doctor battles and Nurse Hannah are very sweet people at this location.
