I was a patient at this facility since a child and always looked forwards to seeing Dr. Fields. However, as I entered my teenage years, I began to complain of tooth pain and sensitivity on the bottom right side of my mouth. When I voiced my concerns I was informed that it was just my wisdom tooth and it would be okay. Hearing this, I was relieved and continued to go about my life per usual. It was nearly EIGHT months later until I was informed by my new dentist that I had a wisdom tooth in every spot EXCEPT the bottom right side of my mouth where I’d began experiencing this pain. What she and her facility chopped up to “wisdom teeth pain” was actually a broken tooth that she neglected to look at. Due to her lack of action the decay spread on the broken tooth. Now at 17 I will be receiving my first root canal. I’m perfectly capable of taking responsibility for the condition of my teeth but this news was accompanied by SIX additional cavity’s. It‘s absolutely ridiculous I went to the dentist routinely and it was STILL missed. If I could put 0 stars I would, for the sake of your other patients.. either put effort into what is SUPPOSED TO BE YOUR JOB or kindly walk away because I could get better dental care at pet smart 💀

We absolutely love Dr. Ashley and her staff! Both of my kids have been going to her since they were little and Dr. Ashley has already taken such great care of them! Couldnt imagine going anywhere else ❤

The staff has always been great- friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. Twice now, I have needed last minute appointments and Dr. Ashley was able to make magic happen and see my son. The office has all the bells and whistles to attract and distract kids during their visit. This office was highly recommended to us and its always the place I recommend back.

After a bad experience with a kids dentistry in Bryant, we made the drive to Cabot to see Dr. Ashley Fields, and we’re glad we did! She made us feel comfortable about working with my child who is not yet 3. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. My child loved the toys and the fish tank in the waiting room. We will be back!

I got three grandkids that have seen Dr. Ashley, for 10 years. My granddaughter loves her. She has been seeing Dr. Ashley since she was about 18 months old. The boys love her too. The staff and Dr. Ashley have been nothing but wonderful to us.

The staff here is unprofessional, careless & rude. My 3 year old son needed some pretty serious dental work performed asap. The soonest Dr. Ashley could do it was going to be 2 weeks out. 1 week before his work was to be performed, we received a call from Jenny who handles the insurance. She informed me that she was unaware & had just been informed that day that we had private insurance. She also said that she would need to obtain approval from my insurance co. 2 days before my sons work was to be performed, Jenny calls me to tell me that my insurance co wants a 2nd opinion & that he will not be able to have the work performed as scheduled. After a lengthy conversation of me trying to figure out how to keep his appointment, I finally gave up & told her I was going to explore other options. Fast forward a week, I call her back with the results if the 2nd opinion and her response is last time we talked you said you were going elsewhere I told her that enough time had been wasted, my son has a dental emergency, possibly 2 abscessed teeth, and needs work immediately per the second opinion. She was very unsympathetic. She rudely told me that it would now be 2 months before Dr. Ashley could see him. Jenny handled our situation wrong from the very beginning, putting us further behind. My son was in severe pain that entire time & Jenny couldnt care less. My 3 older kids all seen Dr. Ashley their entire childhood and, up until now, had see her husband. But never again will I step foot, or recommend, Fields Family Dentistry to anyone.

Ashley Fields is wonderful! Great with kids. Its a shame that her office manager is so awful and rude. The front desk staff is not worth the great dentist. Office manager is hateful and rude and unwilling to even do her job. Will never return here and will make sure to tell everyone of my experience dealing with their office manager.

Dr. Ashley Fields refused to see my son even after we had a referal from another doctor. Shes 1 of only 2 dentist that take our insurance here. My son who is 6 needs emergency oral surgery done. I wasnt even aloud to speak to Dr Fields on the matter, just back and forth calls with her staff. Very unprofessional and I would NEVER recommend her.

The front staff is horrible. The one checks you in doesn’t greet you at all. She just says “who am I checking in for you” the girl that checks you out has no customer service skills what so ever. Dr Ashley is good, but socially awkward.

I took all 3 grandkids there for there yearly visit and they love her ! She is great with kids and they all trust her.

Every visit has been outstanding
