Dr Russi and his team are wonderful. Great care in and out of the hospital. Very professional. Surgery and aftercare was great. Im so much better now, only 4 weeks out of surgery

I called the other day for an appointment in tears due to lower back pain! I spoke with Colleen, Dr. Blavatskys nurse! ( I saw him 18 years ago, so this is where I started). Colleen was extremely professional, kind and informative! I saw Dr. Blavatsky this morning! He also was very professional, kind, compassionate and explained alot to me that I was unaware of. He did not talk to me in a condescending manner as Ive had done to me in the past with others. I feel like this was the best decision I made seeing him. The entire clinic from reception to me leaving was probably the best experience Ive had in a very long time. I highly recommend them. HIGHLY!

Hurt my back was treated by a doctor up there not fairly my back was never physically checked and I had to beg and fight for and MRI doctor told me no matter what they wont find anything he wanted my MRI was great yet my new doctor stated there is damage in my lower back so which one is it lol cant be both I am still in workers com from sep 2020 and have not gotten anywhere on whats wrong with lower back I would I would if could not give them a single star I feel health care in butte and up at st james is the poor equality from mind and people I know experiences

Dr. Russo and MT Orthopedics came highly recommended and I have not been disappointed. From staff on the telephone to Marcy, Nathan and Dr Russo, I feel as though I received excellent, professional care. I appreciated the time each person spent answering my questions, showing me visual images of what was happening in my neck and explaining why I am in pain.It is rare in today’s medical world (where there are significant shortages by the way), to find staff and physicians willing to help a patient fully understand what they need to know.Thank you MT Orthopedics for your commitment to patients

Susan (nurse) was incredibly rude as I called for a prescription refill for the 3rd day in a row. The doctor gave me about 45 seconds of time, even as I spoke of my concerns he shrugged them off as if I dont know or understand the functions of my own body. I was nearly in tears after my visit and especially after calling as they did not treat me as a person but as a nuissence. If I could rate this with negative stars, I would give a -5.

Dr. Gallagher is a fantasic surgeon. Very professional and has the patients best interests in mind. Wait times can be an issue at times while in the waiting room, but this is a busy ortho center. Patients are not visiting this office for the wait times, they are visiting this office for the surgeons.

We had a 5 minute wait time and everyone was so nice!

Ive had C-spine, rotator cuff and knee surgery by the surgeons with this group, all excellent. I could have my surgery done anywhere, have taken an ex-wife to Mayo for internal medicine issues, but have full faith and confidence in these surgeins. Waiting times used to be a huge issue, but have improved significantly over the past year. But, if a trauma coming into the ED occurs, you will have to wait longer or reschedule. Thats true anywhere.

My son was referred here by his pediatrician. The doctor never even examined him and told us that it wasnt an ortho problem and turned us away. Not impressed at all.

Its 4 pm and I am still in the waiting room for a 3pm appointment. I also had to stand in line for 15 mins with a torn ACL to check in for my appointment. Good thing I got here 10 mins early as recommended. If this were a one time thing, I wouldnt be compelled to write a bad review, but this is my third visit here, and it is always the same, no matter which Dr. you visit.

Doctor DiGiovine is an amazing doctor. Not impressed with being scheduled at 1:40 and over an hour later we are still waiting to be called back. The last few appointments were also late. We are expected to be in time. Why shouldnt they!? And, the biggest problem I had with the whole experience was having my 16 year old daughter rushed out of the recovery room after her surgery when her oxygen levels were low and she could barely walk. I would give 5 stars for Doctor DiGiovine alone. - stars for the staff and help. Be cautious of them!

Total waste of time. After 3 hours of trying to get in to see them on an Emergency Room consult, was informed they dont treat veterans. Thank you for wasting my time. I could have had a sitter and driven to Ft Harrison in that time. If your hurt, drive elsewhere, before going here you will be better off.

Make sure you clear your whole day if you have an appointment here. If you show up half an hour early you still aren’t early because you spend that time trying to find a parking spot. Then you sit in the waiting room for an hour and then you sit in the back for an hour before you even get seen! Very time consuming place. Why make an appointment at a certain time if you aren’t getting seen at that time?!

Horrific wait time - had us arrive at 130p... appt. at 145p... its 254p (and counting). No sign of the Dr.Im sending them an invoice for my time (they wasted).

Be prepared to wait at least a half an hour to an hour past your appointment time to be seen.
