Simply put, Dr. Pierce is THE BEST. Our entire family has been blessed to have her as our PCP for many years. We drive over an hour to see her, and we cant imagine ever seeing anyone else. She is THE most compassionate, empathetic, supportive, and brilliant doctor we all have ever met. She has never once rushed through an appointment, even when she has dozens of patients on her schedule. She makes you feel like you are the only person in the world that matters during your visit. She has allowed me to shadow her starting from age 12, so I have seen firsthand how she cares for her many of her patients and their families. She is the reason that I went into medicine, and we will always be grateful for her and her care. Having her as your doctor will truly be the best decision you could ever make!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kim Pierce of BHS Primary Care since 2008. I followed her from her previous practice in my neighborhood to Benbrook Primary Care which is a 45 minute drive. I would not have it any other way. Dr. Pierce is a a highly skilled physician and treats her patients with respect, she is a careful listener and works with you to come up with a treatment plan. She also makes sure she explains things in terms you understand. Her staff at Benbrook are also amazing. They respond promptly to requests and treat patients with respect and compassion. I would follow them to the moon!

I have been a patient of Dr. Kim Pierce since 2014. She is the BEST doctor. She is so knowledgeable, kind, and very compassionate. She gives each patient individual attention and as much time as you need during your visit. I followed her to BHS Benbrook Primary Care in Butler which is a 50 minute drive for me. She is worth every mile! Her staff at Benbrook are very responsive and very patient and thorough They treat patients with respect. I would not go anywhere else!!

Dr. Pierce is by far and large the best doctor I’ve ever met. Her care and compassion is immeasurable and she makes sure each of her patients are taken care of to the best of her ability. She takes her time and gets to the route of the problem, she doesn’t simply push pills or quick fixes to get you out of the office. It’s rare to find a doctor that you feel like genuinely cares but Dr Pierce does!

I was introduced to Dr. Kim Pierce by my sister when I moved to Pittsburgh. She was the BEST doctor I ever had in my life. She took such great care of me. I had a lot of health issues and she always explained things to me in a way I could understand. I am a simple guy and dont understand all that doctor lingo. She always made herself available when I needed to see her. Even when I went diagnosed with Leukemia she followed me very closely with my oncologist. She is so caring and compassionate and is a great doctor. I followed her to BHS Benbrook Primary Care in Butler even though it is a 1 1/2 hour drive for me. All the nurses in her offices treat me great as well. You cant go wrong with BHS Primary Care!!!

I just had my first visit with Dr. Pierce. She and her PA were both kind, thorough, positive, and very knowledgeable. Her entire office staff were friendly and helpful. It was truly a pleasant experience. 100% recommendation!

Dr Pierce is the best physician I ever had. She is very thorough with medical reports. She is honest and kind. She not only saved my life she saved my wifes. A Cancer diagnosis was missed but Dr Pierce caught it on the report.

The doctors are great !!! The nurses seem to have an attitude or an ego. Literally don’t hear what the patient has to say totally turns the message around when they get to the doctor.But this seems to be the problem with nurses everywhere. Common sense is not taught in nursing school.
