I HIGHLY recommend Life Care Innovations for individuals or families of individuals who are struggling with difficult decisions related to Health Care. Our family has been working with Life Care Innovations for more than 15 years. Life Care has provided us with Care Management for one of our family members who is often in need of many different types of assistance. Even though the situations are always difficult and require a lot of careful consideration, Life Care always comes through for us. We have required care management, legal advice/support, and last minute care givers/companions. No matter the situation, Life Care has always provided us with excellent direction when we need it the most. Their team consists of highly trained professionals, many of whom have advanced degrees in things like social work and psychology. Lifes most difficult decisions almost always happen at times that are the most stressful. I feel extremely fortunate to have Life Care Innovations to assist us when those problems arise.

After our family became overwhelmed with dealing with unreliable caregivers for our father we turned to LCI. We utilized their caregiver and care management services and could not be happier. LCI assists with all things big (Insurance issues) and small. Would recommend the company to anyone looking for assistance with their loved ones.

My family has employed Lifecare Innovations (LCI) at great expense for five years. It took about 4.5 years for the revolving door of caregivers to stop and spit out a satisfactory team. During this process, LCI has been unbelievably unhelpful and their candidates shockingly poor. Requesting a caregiver speak and understand English seems a tall order. We experienced thefts from the home . LCI was not forthcoming with the police. Police investigations of the caregivers revealed two had extensive histories with pawn shops. Our LCI liason is extremely immature and easily flustered. She has only visited the home twice, once at the initial engagement and once recently when criticism of her was vocalized. My experience is that LCI is very skittish and defensive when questioned. I think they would prefer all situations to be set it and forget it; where the senior citizen clients have disinterested family or distant family. Bottom line: stay away - find another, better provider to assist you with your loved ones.
