My family has been going to Chiro One for long time. We Love Dr. Shah and his staff. It’s like a big welcoming family every time we visit.I’ve been to so many doctors and Dr. Shah finally was able to give me answers and help me live a better quality of life. Headaches/Migraines and stomach issues are sooo much better.I can’t say enough wonderful things about the caring presence he gives to his patients.Thank you again!

I was a little skeptical of seeing a chiropractor for a long time, and I wish I would have started seeing Doctor Shah years ago. Over a decade of wearing 30 lbs of gear all day at work wrecked my lower back. Doc Shahs adjustments and care plan not only helped me lose the pain I had figured I would have to live with my whole life, but him and his staff have a whole health focus thats helped me get on track with good eating and exercise. He and his staff are extremely friendly, welcoming, and genuinely want to help their patients. I would recommend them to anyone considering chiropractic care.

I started going to Dr. Shah around May of 2019 for intense migraines which Ive had since I was 17 yrs old. I was fairly new to the chiropractor experience but man has it changed my life. I havent had a single migrine for nearly 2 months.Dr. Shah and his staff are very welcoming & friendly. Not to mention how amazing their costumer service is.Great payment plans!!!Over all Ive had fantastic results along with a great experience & I would definitely recommend Dr. Shah !!!

I highly recommend Dr. Shah. I was constantly in and out of the ER trying to figure out what was going on with my spine and I had no answers, until I started seeing him and he was the only one who told me that my spine was misaligned and he gave me the proper care. Best chiropractor I’ve ever gone to!

Ive been a patient at this clinic for years now. I put my body through quite a bit as a competitive recreational athlete and trainer. Dr. Shah and his staff keep me in the game and have helped me to get and STAY healthy. The clinic also offers free workshops on several health topics which really adds to the value.

I was at a fishing expo last week and ChiroOne had a booth promoting their services. I was told about a 20$ evaluation that would include an X-ray and i would be getting $400 worth for $20. I assumed it was BS but figured hey, $20 is good price for an X-ray and it has been about 4 years since Ive had one on my back and second opinion would be nice, so i went for it.My first impression walking in was that it was a little odd, small area with various equipment but oddly all of it was out in the open, the waiting area was old and dirty chairs awkwardly placed at the front. There was absolutely no privacy even from people walking in. Once i got pulled into the room the Dr. came in spoke about 100mph and rattled through his routine and 2 min later left. The assistant then came and gave me an evaluation and took the x-ray. Made a follow up appointment for 2 days later to review x-rays and go over what was necessary. My second visit i get pulled right into the room with the Dr. and he brings up my X-ray and starts rattling through his diagnosis. He gave some good reasoning as to why i am having this issue and some ways that they would treat it. Pulls out a sheet of paper covered in information about my insurance, visits etc. He wanted me to sign up for a 3 month package and if i paid up front i would get 20% off. He offered that i could pay month to month if i wanted too. Asked if any of these work for me and i responded with i would like to go home and think about it and read through the details so i know what i am getting myself into and what i will be ultimately getting for my investment. I felt he wanted me to make a decision right then an there after only 5-8 minutes of going over what my issue is, but he did not go too in depth as to what treatments i would be receiving other than the basic, loosen hamstrings and build core muscles, etc. I insisted that i would like to think about the offer and go over the information at home when i could take my time and look through carefully without feeling pressured. He said OK we will call you Monday, we both stood up and he walked out of the room. No thanks for coming in, no have a good day, no hand shake, he just up and walked out. He did not leave me with ANY information, no paperwork, no pamphlet, nothing. Oooook then.. so i walked out, right past 2 girls at the front counter grabbed my coat and told them thank you, goodbye as clearly they were looking at me and didnt say anything.While i know my $20 is minuscule and didnt expect someone to spend much time with me, but if you are trying to pull in new customers you need to show them you care and are willing to give them your time even if i didnt pay full price. While i thought he was knowledgeable and probably would give me good advise and instruction i just felt rushed and not very welcoming.
