The nurses and doctors here are so sweet and caring. We came in right when it opened at 8am and we were seen right away. They were very patient with my daughter who was in pain. One of the nurses even sang happy birthday to her since her birthday was a couple of days ago. I was scared to come to this location due to the reviews but I guess people only leave reviews if it’s either a really bad experience or really good lol. You’ll only know if you try it out yourself :)

We arrived around 7 p.m. and were through the check in process quickly. We were seen within 4 minutes of arriving which was great. Upon entering the initial intake room, we were told they were at capacity for the night and if anything were needed, we would have to go to the ER. The nurse then went to get the doctor. We were there because I expressed concern about an orbital fracture from a facial collision the previous Saturday night. My daughter never lost consciousness or had any signs of concussion. The doctor spent approximately 2 minutes with us asking questions to rule out a concussion. He didn’t not touch her face until I asked if he was going to palpate her cheek for a fracture. He didn’t ask her where she hit her head and wrongly assumed higher up on her forehead. None of anything he said addressed my concern for an orbital fracture nor did he seem interested in addressing that concern.

Overall a great experience. Walked in on a Friday afternoon after a bicycle accident to get some stiches and wound care. Was processed right away and put into an examination room, after about a 10 minute wait was interviewed by Nurse and 15 minutes later the Doctor came in to treat wounds. Everyone was very nice and showed concern for my accident. Very nice and clean facility. Good care.

Long wait (over two hours on a calm Saturday morning), unprofessional staff. A respectable provider clues their patient in on how they are going about their diagnostic process, and provides options to the patient. The lack of respect and integrity is evident at this location. Do not recommend.

I went to this urgent care after getting some hot cooking oil burns to see if I would need any special treatment or follow up.The front desk and nurse people were friendly. I was disappointed with Dr Yakup Ozbek however as he seemed intent on telling me I was fine and getting me out of there asap. He interrupted my questions with abrupt answers and was difficult to understand at times as he talked fast with a thick accent. He was insensitive to my pain, ignoring my complaints and continuing to touch and handle the burns that I said hurt to the touch. He drew a crude sketch of the locations of my burns but no treatment was done. They offered a tetanus shot but no one in the facility could advise the cost so I declined. Apparently no one is aware of any pricing as I was given no indication this barely 10 minute encounter would cost over $500 in spite of them being well aware I was paying out of pocket without insurance. I’ve never seen any urgent care bill of this magnitude and given what was done at the appointment and the quality of service it certainly doesn’t command that premium.I will not be returning to this or likely any Park Nicollet facility if this represents their pricing and quality.

Fast check in, fast room, probably because it was really slow and most rooms were empty. So then why were both of the doctors I saw telling me I shouldnt even be in urgent care unless I need to go to the ER? Um, what? The first doctor was condescendingly asking me if I want to go to the ER since he couldnt see an emergency, and the 2nd doctor MADE SURE i knew that my new, daily eye edema DOES NOT go down from coffee and that notion is a COINCIDENCE ONLY. Very helpful!! Thanks for mansplaining that you are missing the ENTIRE point, and nothing but the POINT!!I had a new eye issue that couldnt wait another week/weeks for an eye doctor appt. They finally called an eye doctor on the phone for their opinion, who granted my concerns some validity, and I left with a referral to see one in the next few days. Had I left when they told me to, I would have walked out with nothing but a bad taste in my mouth from being ignored and deflected.American health care is failing us simply because stubborn men think women just want attention if theyre not actively dying, and refuse to listen to our valid concerns. The disparity is real. I couldnt imagine how I would have been treated had I been black, too.For the record, I have been sent to the ER in the past for something that showed up in bloodwork that made the urgent care doctor *astonished* that I was not in agonizing pain. I dont need to be actively dying to go to urgent care. We need to educate our doctors better.

The staff was nice and it is covid safe. However, they do not treat you if you are post covid. I had covid weeks ago. But I have developed a cough in the last week after a bad cold. They did blood work which clearly shows I have a bacterial infection. And every symptom of pnemonia. I got an inhaler, no antibiotics. They said come back in a couple days. Went back, checked again, more blood work, same, they wont give antibiotics. I have a bacterial infection. But since Im post covid they will not treat me. They asked me to come back again for the 3rd time. What for? This is costing me hundreds of dollars each visit for them to do nothing. I tried to follow up with a doctor for my physical, but since I have a cough they will not see me. I asked if there is any thing I can do. They just say no. Since they think its long covid, which its not i got a second opinion, i have pnemonia. So 2 visitis and hundreds of dollars later. They are out to make a buck. And they have no clue how to see the difference.

I wish i could give negative stars because i would give this place -10. We waited for over 5 hours in a room. We went in because my husband had severe leg pain. They put him on an IV, took his blood sugar and it was high enough that we should have been sent immediately to the hospital. It turns out that he came close to having his leg amputated, but the fantastic staff at Methodist hospital saved his leg. Definitely will not recommend this clinic.

I have visited this urgent care more times than I would like, but I have always received excellent care and service by the many different doctors. From a post car accident check to slipping on ice and busting my eye brow open, the staff were always friendly, quick to get me in and out and made sure that I knew what the next steps were after I left the clinic. I am partial to this location due to where I live, but I would recommend this urgent care to others as well. Thank you for the service!

I spoke with a woman named Cory in the Burnsville urgent care and she was extremely rude. She stated the dr wanted to schedule an eye appointment for my child in St. Louis Park, I stated I couldn’t make it at that location and will wait until an opening at a Burnsville location. She begins telling me that he’s a child and this is urgent and she also scheduled me an appointment for today, which I never set up. And when I stated I couldn’t make the appointment today because I can’t get off work. She became extremely rude saying smart remarks because I couldn’t make it. She needs a class on customer service because that was not okay.

This place should not be called an urgent care center. It is a disgrace !!!! After waiting for 3 hours in a room surrounded by sick people we were taken to an exam room, interviewed by a nurse and waited for over another hour before the doctor walked in. After telling him the medical history in medical terms, telling him the diagnoses and what we wanted we were asked to go to Radiology for a vascular CT which was quickly changed to a regular CT which we knew would be negative. It appears they did not have the equipment for a vascular CT. We did not want the regular CT but the doc insisted and so we agreed. Two unskilled techs tried 6 times to start an IV and finally succeeded. After the CT was done we went back to the front desk and the lady did not give us a chance to tell her the name or that we had seen the doctor already . She told us to sit. It seemed like no one cared and we were once again at the back of the line behind 20 people. It seemed as if the front desk knows only 2 words...sit and stay. We felt like dogs. Even dogs get tired of staying and get up after a while. I went back to the front desk and told them what I thought of all this. They quickly called the nurse. In the meantime we checked with the pharmacy and were told the medications had not been called in. The Pharmacy was about to close and my wife waited there so as to not be locked out without the meds which was the only reason for going there. I waited for the nurse and went inside when my turn came. Finally the medications were called in... We came home disgusted and vowed never to go there again. What this place needs is competition...a real caring urgent care center where people are treated with respect and cared for by compassionate world class physicians. Yes we can do it !!! Either it will change with the competition or die a natural death from sitting and staying...Either way it will be great for health care in Minnesota.

I was seen within 20 min of arriving and the nursing staff and Dr. Miller were great! When going to urgent care always take into consideration what time of day you are going. If its after work hours is obviously going to take longer because its busy. If possible, I suggest going around 8am.

SHAME ON YOU PARK NICOLLET URGENT CARE LAB!!!!!!!!!. After spending so many hours trying to get a Mantoux test, I leave there with no results and two needle holes in both my arms. Now heres what happened. The lady at the lab proceeds to do the usual process of taking blood but then she ask for my other arm but then she stops half way through taking my blood and she tells me that she needs 3 blood samples to do the Mantoux test but they have only 3 Vacutainers left in the whole urgent care and that she messed up one of Vacutainers because she couldnt find a vain in my other arm and that theres only two left and even if she could have taken the blood, she wouldnt have been able to send it in anyway because its past 4 pm and shes suppose to send it in before 4 pm and that she cant do the test and i should come back on Monday to get it done. Then i asked her if she knew this before hand and she said yes, and i asked her if you knew you couldnt do the test without the 3 blood samples or send it in for testing, then why take my blood anyway and waste my time and my blood . She didnt have an answer for me. To say that Im disappointed will be the biggest understatement of all time. I mean how can a Hospital/Urgent Care staff member be so irresponsible and unprofessional. I wouldnt have given you guys any stars but thats the only way i can post this review.
