I pulled in the parking lot and was trying to configure my bluetooth call settings before going in to shop, was there for two minutes and a beggar was knocking on my car window. I had to leave without fixing my phone settings or shopping for food.

Affordable prices and the quality of the products is pretty good. They rotate brands so if you are looking for something in particular you might not find it here.

Horrible service. There was 16 people in line with full carts, and only 2 cashiers. Cub had 5 employees just hanging around talking. The 2 lines were so long people couldnt get around the front area. Finally a 3 cashier came a took a lady in the back of the line over to a different check out area. Cub ur loosing customers by not staffing your registers. I had well over $200 in groceries and walked out after waiting to long. Im not coming back

🙋 it is unlikely that you cannot find anything you want there. This Cub could be small compare to other Cub at shakopee or savage, but it is full of essentials to shop.🙋 Price is not so competitive, especially vegetable. However, quality of beef pork and chicken here are nice. They run some discounts once a while.🙋 You can either self checkout or get in line.🙋 They have money transfer, lottery machine and liquor store as well.😶 Items sold by their pharmacy could be somehow expensive.

Spendy.Love my taco bell original flavor corn chips.Usually have a sale but 1 get 1 free on the taco bell corn chips or offered for sale prices.We love these chips as well as many other people so they fly off the shelves quickly.Great pre made meal selection in deli.Rate of speed slow at deli.Staff do not follow any order when waiting on customers allowing some to cut in front of others whom were waiting 1st.Low to unamused affect & customer interaction.Appear to not be happy. Just waiting for time to end.Dont greet you with hi, bye, how r u. Just stand they and stare at you tell u order.No to very few prompts re: specials, whats good.Still have great selection of fresh produce, bakery, sandwich meats, grills less.Every Sunday new sales begin

I generally shop here or the Cub on Nicolette in Burnsville but I have to tell you that Kelly in the bakery dept has consistently made my shopping experience there more than enjoyable! I just finished working a very long work week and in conversation told her I was making sloppy joes and brats this weekend...she immediately said I have fresh ones here on the carts and immediately fetched and bagged them up instead of getting the ok new on the shelf... needless to say its this kind of service i expect and kudos to you Kelly 🙂 thank you for taking it to the extra mile for your guests

This cub foods is pretty nice. It is easy to access and there is always plenty of close parking even when they are busy. The layout of this cub foods is not like other cub foods I been to which I was a little upset about in this cause because the lay out of the store didnt even make sense. I stop in at random Cub Foods because most seem to have a similar layout so I can easily find things in the store even if I regular another Cub Foods. This Cub Foods always looks like it is under construction. The employees are also nice and the lines dont ever last as long as they are.

The pharmacy is awesome. Everyone is great there at the pharmacy. The rest could use some work. I hope Hy-Vee buys it over but keeps the same pharmacy including their flexibility on insurance providers, and pharmacists. Great local place with a great liquor store and pharmacy buy the rest could use some work.

Went in looking for Rhubarb...not in store yet.

I waited in line at the Customer Service desk with 3 people ahead of me and 4 people behind me for 15 minutes before I got to the desk. This was during the normal late afternoon rush. There was one poor guy there working as fast as he could, while calling for help, but none came. The registers were also backed up. This is not the first time Ive seen this situation at this Cub.

Hard to even give one star :(I know better due to the experiences I have had here in the past however, it was convenient that day to stop there - Never again!!Hard to find freshness with perishable food here anymore! All 6 bags of shredded lettuce that they had already had rotting pieces on it, the head lettuce didn’t look any better. Now to the shredded cheddar cheese, two bags looked like they had been there for months. Discolored and hard. Had to dig into the back to get a bag that looked good. All dates where 10/18 so I know they are suppose to be “fresh”Bought bread and shredded lettuce on 6/4Had to toss the lettuce on 6/4 due to it turning all brown over night. Now I went to make a sandwich on 6/9 and the bread is all molded.I went in tonight and the customer service desk was closed for the night so I went to self checkout to see if there was a csm available and I was rudely asked “why” upon telling The gentleman (he had a shaved shorter haircut with glasses) completely brushed me off and said there is nothing he can do to help when I asked if I seriously had to come back the next day his reply was yup nothing I can do for you and pretty much looked away from me. He was so extremely rude and made me feel as if I was the one to do something wrong. With the competition out there today your in the fight for your life.Now to waste a trip today again after work to get a refund ~ IF I make it before their Customer service desk is closed!!Never again will I shop in that store!

This is the last of the large independent grocery stores. Better prices that Wally world. Bigger selection. Great seasonal selection. Great meats. And several locations.

The store is definitely dated and the layout is confusing. But what it lacks in style and layout it makes up for in scarcity of others. This location is never crowded and I never have to wait in line to check out. The selection of food is just as good as other locations and everyone seems friendly. When I go here I actually drive by the newer Cubs that I avoid because its always crowded and hard to park. This one is also near Costco so its not out of my way if Im already making a Costco trip.

I feel very unwelcome by the look of the employees faces. Maybe its because Im asian and because Im wearing a mask by the time I walked into the store. Couple employees giving me mean looks . But why? I feel so unwelcome except one tall African woman was very helpful and the pharmacy only.

Its a very convenient location to get food and has excellent customer service. Staff is very considerate in helping find what you are looking for and asks if you need further assistance.

I went in there to pick up some salads for a potluck type lunch and the woman behind the counter was hacking and coughing like you wouldnt believe. Seriously hacking up a lung. Just nasty. Go in the back. Gross.Then when I asked for two pounds of the Italian Pasta Salad, she kept questioning me, you want two pounds? You really want two pounds? After I answered her three times I finally asked her if there was a problem, she told me, well now I have to make more. Are you kidding? Whats your job? I filled out the survey on the receipt and requested that a manager call me. Never heard from them.

They really need to facelift this location inside and out, it is extremely dated 30 year plus location. Lots of pot holes in the main entrance year around. Honestly, I’d rather go a little farther to the Cub on Burnsville parkway and Nicollet because it’s much nicer and I live 1 mile from this location off 42. All cub’s are 24 hours but they have little to no help past 8pm. So obviously if you work later, you’ll never be able to get service at the deli counter, and bakery. Prices are okay, can’t say on the quality of their meat department.

Good selection, clean, friendly staff that seemed to want to be there. Kayla in the bakery was a total sweetheart, greeted me with a smile. I asked for a 4ct box of assorted muffins with 2 chocolate 2 banana, she disappeared behind the counter for a couple of minutes before coming out with exactly what i asked for. Will come back in the future! Edit: Also like how they have price per pound/ounce/etc marked. Makes it easy to make good choices based on price.

ITS A CUBS! I always go later at night because its quiet and if you go late enough you always get first dibs on fresh produce. They carry specialty items that you wont find at a Walmart such as a specific cheese or nice cut of fish.They also have a pharmacy which is a plus for anyone looking to knock out a few errands with 1 trip for seniors.The price can vary depending on which items but when a sale hits on some of your favorites, its always beneficial to buy in bulk.

I used to go to this Cub all the time, but I now live closer to another one, and Im sad to say that this location is somewhat run down these days. It seems there isnt a lot of product turn over. And the bakery had very little on the shelves, (maybe I came on a morning where they were baking a lot of new stuff though (?) Ill give them the benefit of the doubt). Very few people shopping here when I came. I do like that theres an attached liquor store at this location now. And nice Redbox location.

Good prices, but the store is all askew and overall unappealing. They nave absolutely NO people on the floor to ask where to find things...in fact, Ive had to call them from my phone to find things are. They the one on 13 S. in Savage, thats a great one! Better yet go HyVee.

Employees are very nice. The biggest complaint I have is they use the cheapest paper and plastic bags available and they break easily, Especially the paper bags. I only go there with my mother. The bags alone are a reason for me to not come back. Look at the bags Target uses. They are strong and do not break. I would pay they extra dime or nickel for a good bag. The purchasing agents need to use some common sense.

This place is set up completely backwards from 90 percent of other Cubs. Just sayin

I had some really good service at this Cub the deli guy was very nice. A random lady helped me find the fruit section. And the guy ringing me up double checked what my veggies were to make sure he was typing the right code. Zucchini and cucumber can look a lot alike.

Decent selection- nice employees. Close to home. A tad high prices, but nice store.

Store is clean with uncluttered aisles which makes shopping easier. I like that the prices are easy to read. Deli staff is awesome.

I love shopping at Cub Foods but this particular location is somewhat run down these days. Not well stocked and organized. Poor quality of produce and meat.

Nicely arranged stores. Most items are easy to find & if not you can ask any of the Cub employees for help. All the prices are competitave with other stores in the area.

Good prices though it is hard to find a clerk to get help.

Im very impressed with the staff at this location. The entire team works hard to make shopping convienent and easy for the customers. I was in the store tonight and I was especially pleased with the help I received considering how busy it was. The team doesnt sacrifice customer service even when there is a lot of traffic.

It still has all your families grocery shopping needs as well as a pharmacy. It is still thw home town grocery store with low prices and great customer service. It offers everything from fresh produce to seafood.

I go here because I always go here, not because its the best. Its conveniently across the street from me & I dont drive. The shelves are often empty or not labeled with prices or just disorganized in general. Ive also had a few run ins with various forms of terrible customer service. However, Ill continue to go here because I dont have much of an option.

Employees were nice and willing to help me look for a requested item, although no one knew where it was. Store was clean and check out was fast. I appreciate the cashier reminding me about my rewards card.

I have shopped there for the last 27 years . I have always found them friendly and very helpful always willing to go the extra mile . I know that this is one of the older stores,I can only hope that the powers that my be will update and keep it open .

This cub foods is showing its age. Very large store. Good for getting the essentials. For spectialty items look elsewhere. Produce section could be improved. Ok but not a great grocery store.

Its a Cub... Decent selection, close by, some prices are good and some arent. If you care about a store and the parking lot being dated then go elsewhere; careful coming in the North entrance, big pothole that is there every year.

This store is going downhill fast. Shelves are not stocked. Selection is lacking.

Honestly I wish I was able to give it no stars whats so ever this cub is not a place anyone should work at or even go to to shop. I worked there two years and had a coworker harass me for 2 months and I would tell management and they wouldnt do anything about him but instead would tell me to avoid him even tho he would follow me around. Theres a customer who comes in stalking the female workers and comes in three times a day just to find them and when told to the managers they did nothing to help, these female workers have to hide whenever the Customer comes in cause of how scared they are of him. The managers act like children and will lie in a heartbeat about what they said to you just to make themselves seem better and the workers look like bad workers. They continue to get worse everyday they cut peoples hours they show clear favoritism and when you stand against them they ban you by lying to the police just to make you seem horrible. If anyone is looking for work please look anywhere else this is not a place to work try any other cub but this one.

Hands down, this is the WORST Cub Foods I know of! Poorly laid out. Staff untrained or unaware. The last two times I asked where to find something and they didn’t know. Today I asked if they had GRAPEFRUIT in stock and the guy literally told me he couldn’t really tell me!I’ve had it...I’m heading to HyVee!!

Eh, just your same old Cub store with a new look. Employees dont seem happy, floors are really discolored and look terrible even after a remodel. Great selection, but a ho hum experience.

Its CUB. This one is clean and well stocked. The layout evades logic for me, but its near my parents so I shop for them here.

Prices are much higher over Walmart, Target, and Hyvee. Customer Service always closing earlier then regular hours. They are hardly a busy store. The floors you can spot water all the times. Fresh salads are more like frozen salads in their display case all times. The temperature is always cold in the display case. Tell management and employees nothing been done to improve the fresh salads. You do have nice employees but they are short handed for cashier and stocking shelves. Its a shame they couldnt build the new store because of the owner of the building. Told by a Cub employee that landlord was going to double or triple their rent while building new Cub Foods facing Co road 5.

Some of the produce was sub par. Their were some good deals saving it to a 3 star but I have noticed that their proces have steadily gone up over the past few years.

I love shopping at this Cubs. Everyone that works there are kind, friendly, and super helpful. They go above and beyond for their customers.

Not even Worth a star because of the worst Customer Service Ever!!! The front store supervisor named KIM is Extremely RUDE!! Ive never had problems at this store and now all of a sudden i have problems! Even the store Director couldnt help but yet at another cub foods i was able to get my money back! Seriously KIM is about the worst person ever bascially laughing in my face and not even listening to what i needed and she cant even explain to me why i couldnt get my money back!!!

Lines sometimes get long, but they have a good selection that other one stop shops dont.

Disgusting store. For 3 plus years I have been very disappointed with the quality of the produce. Often times fruit is ripe (like eat it today) to over ripe moldy, dented in, and covered with fruit flys. I have talked to the produce manager who looked at me like a deer in headlights. I, on a couple of occasions talked with the store manager who assured me that he would take care of the problem. Nothing changes.It seems like no one is accountable, no one cares, and the problem continues. SUPER VALUE needs to drop in unannounced and evaluate the situation before wasting money on a new store.

Haven’t had a bad experience at this location. Always been a great place to get groceries.

Never had any issues since moving to the area. The staff is pleasant and reasonably helpful. The selection is good, and while the layout of the building is a little odd (sort of pie-shaped), I have started to like it. The deli food is on point, the staff are friendly and quick, and it is reasonably priced (especially when running a sale or special).They have always had everything in stock that I was looking for, and the close proximity to the area and roads make it a solid choice for grocery shopping in the western Burnsville/Savage/Lakeville area.Only negatives I think are worth note, are 1) that the building is a little dated, and 2) the restrooms feel dingy and a little dirty. Big open garbage can right by the door, and questionable cleanliness are a significant detractor when shopping with little ones who cant hold it until we get home. You cant exactly help the age, but spruce up the restrooms, and it would be 5 stars in my book.

Pharmacist is always polite. And remembers who I am. They also catch any medicine allergies even when the doctors dont.

This place is like the neglected Cub Foods.. The store is laid out strange compared to other Cubs. Took me forever to find some things. Feels rundown for being on CR42. You are wasting your time trying to figure out the placement of aisles in this place.

The bakery is always empty, the cashiers are rude, loud and extremely disrespectful, swearing etc. I spoke w a manager Alex and thought I was speaking to a 14 year old boy, very rude, and very unprofessional!! This cub used to be good, about last 10 months been horrible! I dont know if new management but is horrible!!

It was ok, the Asian guy in the deli was in a very bad mood. Everything else was great.

I wish I could give this cub a zero. I use to work there and was being harassed by another co worker who was the cause of me quiting and another person in the past. The manager I felt was racist. He talks to some of the workers like their dumb. Not professional at all.
