Have received help from this organization multiple times and its always easy to apply not complicated at all. And was approved in under a week and money was sent promptly to my utilities. Super friendly staff too dont judge you for needing assistance

Best food shelf Ive been to in Dakota County

This is 3 month I coming. Shells are amptyNo food. I dont know how they can suport the people wthis the food

As a community member I love this organization and am grateful they are in our area. I have been disappointed in the process of interviewing and call responses when applying for jobs though.

Talked to the receptionist, located in the front serivce desk, the whole time and pretty much got turned away right away. She didnt give any information on who to talk to or give any references to who I could go to for assistance. I wouldnt recommend coming here for assistance or help with questions.

Was not very happy about that my experience here I have been going here for the past 5 years for Toys for Tots for my daughter all of a sudden this year I didnt qualify nothing has changed with my income or anything.The lady that worked with me couldnt even look me in my face and tell me the reason I didnt qualify so I just want to put this out for any one else who may have had this experience 🤔!!

This place is A Blessing for Lots of FolksIm a single mom of 2 Active BoysI was running low on Food to feed my family.So i was Referred to 360 communities.I went to my 1st food shelf appt.When i first walked in i was greeted with nothing but smiles and felt the joy from the workersfront desk lady didnt catch her name but she was so nice...Then i met the next nice Lady by the name Jan she helped me with all of my picking and bagging of the Food....(ps they help you bring the bags of food to your car)Then i was asked by a sweet Lady by the name of Jennifer did i want to set up my next appt. WOW didnt Even know if i was able to come back..But i wasso then i got to meet the wonderful appt setter by the name LindaHer computer was acting out but she was patiently determined to make sure i got another appt at the most convenient time possible for me..Great teamGreat attitudesJUST look how many bags i got that They supply for a family of 3Thank you so much 360 communities5 Stars

Cant go here to get help at all they dont care about domestic violence at all I have been trying to get help from my abuse boyfriend he beats me really bad and they wont even help because my daughter old what in the hell does it matter at all I have called several times and theyve never helped me which really hurts because I thought you supposed to be in it to help domestic violence people and women in their families but I guess not you just leave them out there in the cold to get beater get killed thanks a lot you just ended my life because you dont care about me and it shouldnt matter about a persons daughter how old she is she still needs shelter you dont separate a family it shouldnt matter if that kid is smaller not what type of women are you youre supposed to protect and help women but apparently you dont you dont even care most hated place ever
