** DO not sell equipment to this company** I received a phone call from Medical Recovery Company around May or June of 2021 asking if we had scopes at Central Delaware Endoscopy Unit to sell. I actually did have some older scopes so they sent me a BID based on the supply I had. I did receive the initial deposit in a timely manner and rushed to get the scopes out as they had a customer whom needed them. Once I got all the equipment sent out I never heard from them again. I started calling and emailing in July and still have had no response (this is now almost October). The sales department called me by accident one day to see if I had any scopes to sell and once I mentioned that I was owed money, I never heard anything. They still owe our facility $2,650. There are over 45 centers that our company owns and I have warned the supply chain department about this. It was such a shame because we had a positive experience several years ago but I would never recommend them again.
