Went in with my husband Michael to get him a new mask for his CPAP and this scheduling coordinator was so rude. She had such an attitude and didnt help us at all but left us no choice than not getting anything. Michael asked to talk to the manager or the person in charge to help him choose a new mask since hes been having issue with mask leaks and and she just answered.. No you CANT!!! You need an appointment. Weve been there before during covid and didnt need any appointment. What kind of service is this ??? this person cannot work in customer service. We are now considering getting our supplies from Home medical.

I couldn’t have been happier with my experience here. I got a new CPAP machine and they walked me through it. Called me two days later to make sure I wasn’t having any problems. I knew what my insurance would pay for and I did research on using my prescription with an online provider...much better for me to stick with where my prescription is.

Despite telling our insurance company that they ship medical supplies, this company refuses to ship breast pumps because “they break in transit”. Since they can’t learn to safely pack their equipment they want us to drive several hours to pick one up ourselves. We’ll just find another supplier.
