We were very impressed with Alicia, who came to visit our house in Northfield, Minnesota. She is the Director of Operations and visited us in a very cold winter day. She explained the situation completely with us and even mentioned an extraordinary person whom she actually had in mind for us. We found her to be a very impressive person whom we trusted completely. We were also impressed withJannine, who was always helpful with every problem we might have. The work forms were carefully completed and the entire arrangement of everything was excellent.The two senior helpers were absolutely excellent in everything that they accomplish for us. It would be difficult to even speak about what extraordinary people they were. One was a young man whom we shall never forget. I regret only that I have had to work so hard currently to arrange a new living space in the assisted living place where we now live. I have not even had time to read a book. The woman with whom we worked was so helpful and fit in so well with our family. We could not have been happier. There were times when there were other helpers. At the same time our belief in this company and their help toward us was solid, and we were willing to welcome others as well, who were in an earlier process of the work. My husband and I used Senior Helpers to help us in the weeks after I had surgery. During that time, Patrice and Kyle came to our home to help with errands and to do heavy chores around the house which neither of us could do. Wow! Both of our helpers were very careful to watch out for me and to make sure I didn’t over extend myself. I felt very cared for and was impressed with the dedication both Patrice and Kyle showed. Each was able to not only handle everything but were delightful companions as well. My husband and I were thrilled with the competence and professional attitude of both. I appreciate the integrity of the Senior Helpers and their commitment to meeting the needs of our family. They are responsible, dedicated, caring and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about Senior Helpers and their staff. I called Senior Helpers on a Saturday, needing help as soon as possible for my Aunt. I called many care agencies in the Burnsville area and they were 1 of only 2 agencies that had a live person to talk with.The other agency told me that it would be at least a week until they could come out to assess my Aunt for care -- I did not have a week, I needed help for her now. Senior Helpers gathered information on my Aunt that same day (Saturday) and started providing care for her on Monday! I spoke/emailed with Kris nearly every day; not only was she professional and prompt with our needs but she was extremely informative on my Aunts care and empathetic throughout this entire process. She even touched base with me to make sure that my Aunt would be okay with a male staff member providing cares to her (my Aunt had dementia and couldnt communicate well for herself) -- Kris truly went the extra mile to make sure that communication was a top priority. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Senior Helpers and their staff. They were a huge peace-of-mind to not only myself but my entire family. THANK YOU for all you do!!!
