I have used this company to do no less then 30+ jobs. They have always given me fair pricing and stood by their quote. I have recomended them to family and friends on countless occasions. They are a second generation family company that supports Minnesota, what more could you ask for!

The technicians Jesse and Jeremy came out on time, called ahead of time for dispatch, and fixed the problem quickly! They were professional and I definitely recommend! They also answered a few additional questions that I had so that was very helpful. Thanks guys!

Same as other reviews. They only care about warranty service fees. Ceiling fan bearing is broken, which is obvious. They dont mind writing it up as operable so they can do minimal work, show up late with no courtesy call and get paid.Down the $100 from my warranty, because these crooks dont want to do their job.So if you want the job done wrong. Call AJ Moore but Im sorry if you do.

An outdoor pole light and a doorbell switch at one of two entrances was not operational. AJ Moore was sent by my home warranty company BUT repaired neither issue saying the light was outside my home and I would need to find the short in the doorbell wire and expose it for them or it wouldnt be covered, although the warranty company had screened the services and sent them out to my home. After they left, with no repairs, we discovered that a light switch on the inside of the wall where they left the inoperable doorbell switch disconnected now NO LONGER WORKS. They wanted to haggle about what was covered and all I wanted was for them to repair what they broke while in my home. If you dont mind poor customer service and paying for a service you dont receive, this is the company for you! Otherwise, I would look for a qualified electrician that is more concerned about customer service than they are about collecting service fees on home warranty contracts for services they cannot or will not provide.

Techs could not figure out a wiring problem and referred me back to the warranty company for a refund. I still ended up paying the $100 fee for them to show up and basically say they cant fix.I had another company come out the next week and fix our outlet with in a bout 2 hours.

Amazing service, great communication and repaired my concern on the first visit. I will definitely utilize their services again and have recommended them to others.

Absolute worst customer service we have ever experienced. Our home warranty company referred us to this business for a simple electrical problem in our newly purchased home. This company didn’t call us back initially, then they showed up late to the appointment, and left without giving us any paper work. Weeks later I learned that they never followed up with our warranty company. Finally, weeks later, after calling them several times with no return phone calls, I received a call from Heidi who was extremely unprofessional, very rude and seemingly incompetent. She called me back to tell me that she finally submitted the paperwork to our warranty company. To this date, we still have not received any paperwork or any quote for repairs. I would absolutely NOT recommend this company.

Guy came out on time and fixed a problem that we were convinced would be a long ordeal. Even fixed a separate problem that wasnt part of the service call. Would recommend!
