They really care about the pups here and it shows. Left my baby here for a week and loved that i was able to check in on the cameras to see how she was doing. I also appreciate that they keep notes on how shes doing and prescreen new clients. Will def go back here for any future boarding needs.

This place is the best! Our dog loves coming here for both daycare and boarding on occasion. The staff is fantastic and always acknowledges any concerns you may have. I love the no kennel boarding and that there’s always a person that stays with the dogs overnight.The only thing I would like to see more of is the dogs playing outside more often when the weather is nice. I understand that staffing levels don’t always allow this especially during the pandemic. Overall, it’s a great place and I know my dog is being well cared for and safe.

We have been coming here for the last year and our dog Latte can’t get enough! The staff is amazing and very accommodating. Unlike many places, they don’t charge additional fees to feed your dog the food you pack.We also enjoy being able to watch our dog on the webcam!

We took our dogs to Woof Dah for the first time on Wednesday.. I cannot say enough good things about this place. The staff is very friendly and very conscientious to pay attention to the dogs. I like the fact that the dogs are not kenneled throughout the day or overnight. We will be back many times over for daycare and boarding. Thank you so much for having such a great facility and staff available puts our minds at ease when were going to be on vacation.

Been taking my dog Toby there for over a year now. Hands down best professional staff you’ll meet here in the south metro. If your dog is boarding, they will personally text you updates on how your dog is doing. Personally their attention to detail is second to none. 10/10 recommended to anyone!

I have been bringing my pets to Woofdah since 2003. I really like how they include things like nail trims or baths at no extra charge. Most do charge extra. They have employees that have been there for years. Always polite, professional. Great place for the fur babies!

I brought my dog here for his first ever boarding stay and I could not be happier with the experience. I felt so comfortable leaving him here and I LOVE the webcams they have in every room. They include a complimentary bath at the end of your boarding stay so they come home smelling fresh which is a huge plus. All the staff is incredibly kind and helpful. The dogs aren’t kenneled throughout the day or night so your kiddo comes home extra tired. I cannot recommend Woofdah enough!!!

Woof Dah! is always the first place we go to board our sweet dog. They are very accommodating & Miley actually gets very excited when we drop her off!

My dogs love this place! There is always a staff member supervising. I have always gotten at least one update on my dogs when they board there. The best part is the webcams that are on 24/7. I love being able to check in and see what my dogs are doing!

I was looking forward to getting my dogs set up with Woof Dah, however, that isnt going to happen. They are the only facility around that charge for an orientation day. Not only that, they now require a vaccine for a problem in Chicago (as I was told by an employee) I have 2 dogs so after paying for the vaccine for both and for orientation it wouldve been close to $200 just to get them started. There are plenty of other good quality facilities that you can started with for free.

I completely trust my dog’s safety and well-being with the staff at Woof Dah! They are so caring and go above and beyond to ensure he is comfortable. We’ve boarded multiple times and never had an issue. He always comes home happy (and tired)! Highly recommended!

Our 9 month old pup, Beau, LOVES his weekly Woof Dah visit! It has been wonderful for all of us while he grows up to socialize and get out all that puppy energy. He knows all the turns to get there and cries in the car from excitement!

My rescue dog totally loves going to Woof Dah! They have freedom to roam, swim, play all day long. My dog has ENDLESS energy and he comes home tired (thank god!). Everyone who works there are so kind and great with him. I couldnt ask for more. Oh, and they have birthday parties and all kinds of fun special events.

Ziggy has been going to Woof Dah for 12 years now. We just couldnt have a dog if we had to keep him at home as we both work long hours and it wouldnt be fair to keep him locked up. It is such a relief to be able to drop him off and know that he is well cared for. I even think it has kept his weight down with the exercise he gets there. We also go on vacation for a couple of weeks each year and Ziggy stays at Woof Dah. There are places closer to my home but I will keep chauffeuring him to Woof Dah. Great job guys!

They have doggy cams so you can watch your dog during the daytime. Can’t say enough good things about them. Free baths and nail clipping…

They are very kind and everyone that works there loves dogs. It’s great to be able to watch the WebCams whenever you want just to make sure your dog is having a good time. They are very flexible and have fantastic customer service both towards me and my pup. I highly recommend them.

My Winny dog goes to Woof Dah on a weekly basis. They respond to texts quickly and my dog howls for joy when she realizes she is going to school. They have webcams and when I watch she is always active. and having fun. Winnys favorite part of the day is pool time. I highly recommend!!

I tried another daycare and my dog, who at the time was quite shy, was absolutely terrified. We went for our interview day and she not only did great but came home happy and excited about Woofdah! I take her once a month and she has gone from being shy and weary to confident and outgoing! She loves having people in the dog rooms, I love watching her on the cameras and the free services they provide! I recommend Woofdah to anyone in the metro looking for a daycare or boarding facility! I have been taking my Puppy Max to Woof Dah for a little over a month for 1 day a week and be just loves it there.The staff are very helpful in letting you know how they are feeling and reacting to other dogs.How the dog behaves during their visit if you might need need to help them with excessive barking that might disturb the other dogs and the solutions they use to readjust the dogs attention. I have an older dog that previously never was at any boarding or day care facility. Due to COVID situation, decided to try Woof Dah! The place is amazing: very clean, people are so professional, there are always two people in the area with the dogs and watch, observe and take care of the dogs constantly. Webcam is a great feature. The notes are taken about the dogs behavior and then reported to the owners. On-line scheduling is easy, the team is very responsive to texts or emails.My dog just loves it there, he is happily running to me on pickup, but as happily running back to see his friends.

I can’t say enough great things about this place. The staff is amazing, they are super polite, caring, approachable and it feels great to arrive there and they always greet us with a smile. My dogs get super excited when we drop them off and I am confident they will be well taken care of. The place is always clean and I love that they have a limit of puppies they can take each day. If you care about your fur babies as much as I do, I totally recommend this place!

I love this place. It’s big and my dog loves going here. She runs so much and they have a doggy Pool and different rooms for them to go in and out of. They also have an outdoor area! It’s a dogs heaven resort. The best part is that if you board your dog they won’t sleep alone! They sleep with the other dogs! No crates or cages! I drive all the way from Minneapolis to Burnsville to take her here ❤️

Squirt dogs with water nonstop all day. Not a good place. Instead of addressing any of the serious accusations of animal abuse they have employees put fake positive reviews to mask all the unhappy customers who have had terrible experiences. In the community it is well known that this place is awful

I love having Woof Dah as a reliable and sweet place for my pup to stay while I am away or simply play for a day and get a bath. Staff have always been immediately responsive and clearly engaged. I trust and appreciate the personal and genuine care they all give. We boarded our dog for 9 days during an overseas trip and had check in emails, texts, and photos the whole time. I’m so glad Woofdah is back during this socially distant time to give us a break and our dog some love. I can’t recommend highly enough!

My first impression is There are too many dogs here but after a year I find that it has been a great place for our very active Corgi. Woof-dah is consistent in its quality. He gets exercise, love, individual attention each day, and a lot of socializing. The staff is consistent, mature, and dedicated. I am very pleased with Woof-dah and the care they give to each dog. I know hell be safe and have fun each day.

This is the only place I take my dog where I dont feel bad dropping her off for the day or for a few days. I love that they dont have cages. There are more affordable places out there but I dont think that there are places as good out there. I like being able to check in her on the web cams to see how shes doing.

This is the BEST doggy daycare & boarding place in the Twin Cities. When I pick up my dog Kramer its the only time he is ever disappointed to see me. We have a running joke that we think he would like to live at Woof Dah, but its probably true!I have been taking our pets to Woof Dah for over a decade now & I will never take them anywhere else. First, the staff is simply amazing. They are professional, friendly, kind, and genuinely care about the dogs. The facility offers all of the features that you could possibly want including a pool area & pirate ship! The open play, which many other places charge extra for, gives the dogs ample opportunity to learn good socialization skills while having fun. The bonus is how tired they come home after a day of play. The cage free approach also gives us a lot of peace of mind knowing our pets are comfortable as they are rarely crated at home. Its also nice to know a staff members is always onsite to care for them if anything were to arise.Woof Dah offers complimentary baths & nail trims. I have to admit that there have only been a few occasions where weve trimmed Kramers nails, because of this awesome service.We drive 42 miles to drop off and 42 miles to pick up since we live in Woodbury, but it is worth every minute and every dollar. There are other options closer, but its never even been a consideration for us. If you give Woof Dah a try youll see first hand why theres no way youll ever want to take your four legged best friend anywhere else.

They have an obnoxious list of dogs they don’t allow strictly because of breed. They need to get better insurance that doesn’t discriminate solely on breed. They also don’t allow any dogs that require any additional needs besides exercise, food and water. Which is pure laziness in my eyes. I’ve only heard good things about this place but only for the right kind of dogs and people. Ridiculous.

My exuberant 2 1/2 year old dog loves Woof Dah as do I. The staff is friendly, attentive and knowledgable. They know the dogs and their personalities. And clearly they love the dogs. Many times I have observed staff lovin on them.I love that I am able to observe my dog and others when I am at the building. The big windows offer me security on how well the dogs are treated and that they are in a clean, safe and loving environment.There appears to be very little turnover in the staff and it is very impressive how many years some have been at Woof Dah! I think it says a lot about the culture and the management.I highly recommend Woof Dah! to anyone who wants a safe and fun day for your dog.

Our lab and us love Woofdah!! I love all of their included services, like baths, ear cleaning and toenail clipping. Our dog loves going there and is exhausted after leaving. She loves to play in the water features, and we love that every time we walk in they treat her like family. We continue taking our dog here even after moving out of the Burnsville area. Highly recommend!!

We bring our dog here since we both work full time and cant always get her as much exercise as we should. Naturally she LOVES it. They do birthday parties and have a little pool area that all the dogs go to in the morning. They typically can bathe her and trim her nails if requested. Staff is very friendly. It was a few dollars more per session than some of the other places we were looking at but definitely worth it.

These people love dogs. Like, they looooooove dogs. They are great communicating with owners, and will provide you a report on your dog’s activities. Well managed, clean facility. A little expensive, but staff seem well vetted and all of them seem to looooove their jobs... and dogs.

We love Woof dah. From the name to the service. Our dogs now know the name too and get excited to go. They have webcams so we can see our fur babies whenever we want. They have a pool for swim time, an outdoor space and it is play time all the time. They offer free baths and nail trims. And will even throw your pup a birthday party complete with dog friendly cake. Our pups just cant wait to go back and we love knowing that they are safe and have so much fun they just pass out when we get home.

I am so impressed with this place. When I turned into a crazy dog-mom, I decided only the best for my pup. I was originally so sad that my dog would not be able to go to Woof-dah due to their weight requirement, so I settled for a local day-care that would take him. Surprisingly, he is overgrown for his breed and at our last vet visit he made weight! I called right away and very easily set up orientation. On orientation day, I was so surprised at how the place smelled- not like dog! It was clean and tidy. I also noticed it was generally calm with no excessive barking like the other places hes gone. The ladies at the desk were so friendly and quickly gave my pup all their love and attention. They offered me a tour and went over all the activities they offered. They made my pup a complimentary dog tag and called me during the day to update me on how he was doing. At pick up, a new set of girls were at the desk and had stories to tell about my dog. They chatted as if they had known him all his life, so sweet! We went over his report card where they mentioned his excessive barking. I believe it, at the other places all the dogs barked all day and thats all he’s known. So as embarrassed as I was, it has given us a new goal to work on. Today I dropped him off for his first (non orientation) full day. He had a blast running around all day by the looks of the cameras! At pick up they informed me he was part of a birthday party and had a printed pic of him with his friends... omg! My heart melted. Not only is my dog tired from playing all day, his nails are well trimmed and he smells fabulous thanks to their complementary bath and nail trims! I so appreciate their cleanliness, friendliness, and attention to detail. I feel at peace leaving my dog there. I am also glad they evaluate each dog for compatibility with the group. Also, there is always a staff member with them! This is the place for pampered pups!

From the initial set up of our shy girls orientation day, to the kindness of each and every staff member on a day to day basis...we have thoroughly appreciated the hospitality.The ease of the online scheduling portal makes our lives So simple!The perks (a fresh collar, free ear cleanings, brushings, baths, a cute photo of our pup on the website) were totally unexpected and we love it all!

We have been using Woofdah for years. Previously with our Golden Retriever for apx 11 years and now our 2 1/2 year old Goldendoodle. They are awesome to work with for many reasons but what we appreciate most (which isn’t true of most kennels) is that they send us an alert when there is a dog illness going around within Woofdah. Our doodle absolutely loves going to her home away from home which makes it so much easier to leave her. They are the best!

We absolutely LOVE Woofdah! The staff and facilities are amazing. Our dog loves going there, gets spoiled in all good ways, and comes home tired out! “Woofdah” is a word we can’t say out loud around our dog unless we’re about to go there! We appreciate how good he smells coming home after a fun swim and thorough bath! We also never have to do nail trims on our own, thanks to Woofdah! This place is the best! It’s apparent the staff truly cares for the dogs!

At first glance I thought this place was spectacular. I really liked that they had a swimming area for the pups and other nice amenities. I watched my dog on their first day pretty frequently to make sure they were okay. I have taken them to another place in Eagan and they always have given my dog the best reviews on their behavior. However when I brought my dog here, it just seemed off when they called me and told me my dog was excessively barking and being too aggressive with the smaller dogs.For one, I question their knowledge of safety. I for one do not think it’s the best idea to have no where for smaller pups to be leisurely without big ones to pester them and expect perfect coexistence (unless they solely want to only take care of smaller dogs or perfect angelic dogs.... however most of the time daycare is needed when your dog finds a way to be naughty when your gone at work) and two I don’t fully trust their handling of animals.When my boyfriend picked up my dog, he said they brought them out without a collar on (given my dog came in with their martingale and a fast release collar aka the one we use and the one they recommend your dog using at the facility) and handed him the leesh and collars. They also said that in order for my dog to come back they would need to have a shock collar on in order for them to control them, so no aggression issues occur (also did they put this on them?!? Like what the heck! Why did they have no collar coming out?). They say they need your permission but you never know. Apparently many people who bring their dogs here have to do that and wanted to demo it for my boyfriend... I am not a fan of this training method. No where on their website do they say that they recommend this to dogs with behavioral issues. Other places I have been use water and redirect. I was also told that my dog was barking excessively (something I have only experienced when they are triggered by people leaving (anxiety) or wants food (which they said they were feeding other dogs in front of my dog which makes me question their knowledge about dogs because food can be a trigger).I will not be coming here ever again. I do not agree with these practices and can honestly say I wish I was able to see my dogs experience first hand because their normal behavior is very submissive and playful. Of course I know my dog isn’t perfect but I have never heard of this behavior coming from my dog (and I’m an overbearing parent that consistently watches the daycare camera) which leads me to believe that something happened or there was something off in the environment.Overall I wouldn’t bring your dog here. Go to wagging tails. I’ve never had a bad experience there and they separate dogs by temperament and have a separate area for small dogs. They use water and redirect. I wasn’t told Woof Dah ever separated and redirected my dog from the situation or tried them in a different room. I don’t think the structure works and to recommend the shock collar to a puppy? We can’t say enough good things about WoofDah! All of the staff is very friendly and we know our pups are in great and loving hands when we’re away. We switched to WoofDah about 3yrs ago when we realized the other company we boarded our dogs with was not staffed 24hrs a day and we couldn’t be happier with the switch. A few other plus’ if you’re thinking about trying WoofDah - free bath and nail trim for overnight stays, webcams so you can see what your pup is up to, and adorable report cards for your dog at pick up.

Woofdah is a great place to bring your dog when you are going to be out of town for any period of time with a wonderful staff and I would recommend them to anyone.

Recently brought my grandpup to try out this new daycare and LOVED how well put together everything was everyone was on the same page, knowledgeable and accepting to a new friend! Cant wait to bring him back next week. Worth the higher prices compared to other places in the area - you completely get what you pay for!

Just got a call today saying my dog couldn’t come to orientation because of his breed? I’m pretty sure his breed was written on his application and he was accepted and now he isn’t . It looks like an awesome place which is why I was so excited to bring him in but unfortunately like many others , they descriminate breeds. No where on the webstire did I find that either .

I just wanted to take a minute to thank the staff at Woof dah. I am a first time dog owner and was so sad and nervous to leave my dog for a week.Ever since orientation we thought it would be best to bring her once a week up until her long stay and we have just been blown away by the customer service. They know Birdie by name and are always excited to see her.During the week of her stay, I would receive pictures and updates of how she was doing. Seriously so amazing!! It made us so happy to know that she was being cared for and loved on while we couldn’t. Thank y’all so so much for that!We will definitely be using Woof dah again and recommending it to anyone we know!
