Billing practices are really sketchy. I could not get an answer from anyone for what an initial consult would cost, with no diagnostics or anything, just coming up with a treatment plan. I was charged $400 for a 45 min appointment for a service charge. I spent over 1 hour waiting during my appointment. Also even if you dont want it, they push you to their own people to make more money. I repeatedly said I didnt want to meet with their neurologist and they kept pushing me to try and do it. Stay away, you can find better help somewhere else.

I have TMJ I saw the doctor for a $100 co-pay she told me I needed physical therapy. I did a few sessions with the physical therapist which helped, but by the end I felt like they werent doing anything more to help. I then for some reason needed to see the doctor again for another $100 co-pay for her to tell me to continue the exercises by myself. The doctor and the physical therapist were nice but I felt like I only needed one or two appointments with the physical therapist. Now Ive been done for months and their billing department is still trying to bill me for things i paid directly to my insurance company. They are so slow and behind its laughable. When i called they told me I needed to pay the clinic directly and that I need to call my insurance company asap. When I called my insurance company they basically told me to tell the Pain&Neck clinic to email them directly because they are wrong. Its been just a headache dealing with this place.

Staff and doctors are very caring.

Dr. Giri worked with me to get the perfect mouth guard. Shes a great Doctor. Most doctors will make you wait and then rush you out. Dr. Giri will take the time to listen and answer all your questions.

Doctor was nice and professicial. They initial quoted me around $600 for the night guard first time i met doctor. But actually billed $1600. I could onlt paid $200 from my dentist. They will scam you. Also you will never able to reach their billing department. And the billing department will never reply your call to follow up.

Very clean place. The staff is friendly and make sure you have everything you need.
