The main dentist is very patronizing and condescending, they messed up my fillings, they shame kids and parents for eating fruit snacks ( I know from first hand experience). They don’t tell you what there doing and then they said it’s my fault when they accidentally stabbed my gum with the hook took, they also poked the back of my throat on accident with the same hook thing because they weren’t paying attention to their work( watching the tv they turned on). There is now hardened filling on the front of my tooth because they messed up the fillings like I said. The only good thing about this place is they have fish. I seriously don’t recommend this dentist. (The children’s action of it)

I went there for a root canal with doctor Beasley which I was very nervous about because my previous dentists couldn’t numb my teeth. I told them my concerns and they took it very seriously and made sure it was completely numb. They also gave me a comfy pillow to put my head on during the appointment because root canals take forever. They took so many steps to make the patient feel at ease. I highly recommend this place if you need a root canal

Dr. Beasley and his whole team went above and beyond to make sure my procedure was successful. From scheduling to after care, I always knew i was in safe hands.

The office staff at this location needs to be re-trained in customer service. They were rude, unfriendly, and abrupt before we even said a word. It seems that one of the roles of the office staff is to put the patient and his/her family at ease and to create a welcoming environment. I hope that this post will lead to changes that will create a better environment for your patients.

Posting a review since Im seeing all these negative ones. But I was sent here by my Apple Valley dentist for an extraction of a dead tooth. I went in it April of 2018 and was seen by a newer member of that clinic. He gave me my numbing shot, and literally went to work on my tooth and gums. NEVER has someone not waited for the numbing to take affect, BUT whatever techniques or tools he used, I remember not feeling ANYTHING (except the normal pressure and pulling) but NO pain in my gums. He stitched up the open space and said I was good to go. I was shocked and amazed. The wound healed fully. And I do plan on getting a implant tooth there but I had no complications with billing since I knew the cost when going to the estimate. And no after effect pain. Will continue getting dental work there

I too have had non stop issues with the billing department. It has been 8 months since my procedure and my bill was just submitted to dental insurance a week ago. How does that even happen? I have spent countless hours on the phone with Metro Dental as well as my insurance company, who said that the claim could not be processed because it was submitted incorrectly. It has been a nightmare. Additionally, the Metro Dental staff members are very rude when I call to check in on this claim. I would not recommend this care provider.

The staff were very nice. Printed a report for me of what my insurance coverage would be. Only had to wait for a short while - which medical office doesnt have that same problem, right? No complaints!

It took literally 8 months for billing to figure out what we owed, which was substantially less than what they were billing us for. On top of that, I had to contact them multiple times to submit claims, which were apparently not processed correctly. Once they submitted our account to their Billing Specialists at Metro Dental, the claims were quickly corrected. Furthermore, while I was satisfied with the first part of a dental procedure performed at the Specialty Center, the secondary part of the procedure was delayed months due to the dentist having to leave the country for a family emergency. I called several times to schedule the follow-up procedure, but was told that they would call me. A month and a half later, I still havent received a call.... I would go elsewhere.

A male dentist was rude. I wish I could remember his name. He said I dont know how to help with your teeth, and I dont know who was your dentist and did such a horrible job for your teeth. Of course I changed another dentist, and he helped fix my teeth. I would never go to this dentist again and not recommend this place at all.

I ignored the reviews because reviews are often skewed negative. I should have paid attention! Scheduled an appointment for a consult with Dr. Beasley - three weeks out in the middle of the day, as I was told they have very limited consult appointments. Got there early today only to find out I wasnt on the schedule and they were full and couldnt see me. The doctors may be great, but I left a different Metro Dental location due to incompetent reception/scheduling staff. Im not putting up with that frustration again and will be taking my specialty dental needs elsewhere. Id urge you to do the same!

Claudette was the lady helping take my wisdom teeth out and she was amazing at helping me through the process. It hurt but its gunna hurt no matter what. The lady at the front desk happily helped with all our insurance questions too.

I have been to this clinic twice and am very happy with the attention and skill of the staff. Dr. Tim Zimmerman squeezed me in this past week when I had a dental emergency. I have sensitive teeth and cleanings and dental work is always less painful than I expect or remember here.

I would give a zero if I could. I scheduled appointments for both my 21 year old son and 19 year old daughter to have their wisdom teeth removed. They both had a consultation first at which time the front desk staff was rude saying that images from primary dentist were not sent. Our primary dentist is the kids uncle, so we called and confirmed that they had in fact been sent. Front office staff then said the images were sent to the email of a person who was not in the office that day and they dont have access to her email so they could not get them and would need to retake them. That was just the start. Then, at 4pm the evening before my sons scheduled extraction, they called to say they were out of anesthesia, but that he should still come in at 7am the next morning. When asked, why, they stated he could have a consultation with the dentist. We stated we already had one and they said, well its still important to keep your appointment. We told them we would like to reschedule the extraction, however they were booked over a month out and my son left for the summer, so that one still has not been rescheduled. 3 weeks later on the day of my daughters extraction, we arrived at the office at 9:30 for her appointment. We were told upon arrival they couldnt find her images??? I said, the ones you took last week?. They then took a couple minutes and found them. Then the front desk staff let us know that they had expected the anesthesia to arrive at 6:45am that morning, but that it had not arrived yet. I explained this happened to my son just 3 weeks before and so far our experience there was not good. We asked if they had any idea when it might arrive, they didnt know. They recommended talking with the dentist because, they thought they may be able to do the extraction with nitrous oxide and have it be a fairly comfortable experience. And if not, they could stop at the point it became too uncomfortable. We declined and said we would wait for the anesthesia to arrive. An hour later they let us know it would not arrive that day (a Thursday) and that the dentist was not in on Friday. The next available appointment would be in 5 weeks. We left, went home, looked at our different insurance options and called Dakota Valley Dental who was able to get my daughter in the next morning at 9am. We then contacted Metro Dental to transfer all images to Dakota Valley and of course the next morning at our appointment, Metro Dental had not transferred the records. The front desk of Dakota also called metro dental. We gave up completely on Metro Dental. Save the time and dont even start here! Dakota Valley was a fantastic class act practice and my daughter was in at 9am and at home very comfortable by 10:30am. We will never go back to Metro Dental and will be scheduling my sons extraction with Dakota Valley.

I was there yesterday for a root canal and I was deathly afraid. The staff there were amazing! They were very nice and professional from the first time i called them to the time i walked out of the door after my appt was done. If ever you need a get a root canal done go to see Dr. Patel. We had to wait for a few mins for my bp to go down. I never have high bp. Dr. Patels voice was very calming and said take all the time you need. He took the time to explain to me what was going to be done. My root canal was painless. I will for sure be going back if I need more work done. I highly recommend Metro Dental Care to my friends and family to anyone. I am happy to say Im not afraid of the dentist anymore. Thank you so much Dr. Patel and your amazing staff!!!!

I was scheduled to get my wisdom teeth removed and they have a policy that a driver must be present the whole time in the waiting room. A few days before my appointment, I got it okayed with them that my husband could drop me off and then drop our kids off at daycare and come back since it was early in the morning. I was told that once he was there though, he cant leave. When I got there, the front desk staff remembered and I was brought back and started getting hooked up to the machines. After a few minutes I was told by a lady (dental assistant maybe?) that I would need to reschedule because my husband wasnt there and they have a strict policy. I explained that I had it okayed beforehand and that he would be there within a half hour at the latest. The lady was very rude to me about it and acted annoyed that they were waiting for my husband, as they would not start the procedure until he was there. After a bit, they told me we wasted too much time and I would have to reschedule. The oral surgeon hadnt even come in to talk to me about some questions that I had yet, so if anything they were wasting time. When I was brought up to the waiting room, my husband had been there for a few minutes already, long enough to get checked in and make himself a coffee. Needless to say, I did not reschedule with them and will be going somewhere else. I understand if that is their policy, but then they should not have okayed things with me beforehand and then be rude to me about it. I was also never told beforehand that they would not start the procedure if a driver wasnt there. Who would have thought that not getting your wisdom teeth pulled would be an even worse experience than actually getting them pulled.

I went in for a widsom tooth extraction and its been a week now and my jaw and whole mouth is swollen and im out of pain meds and i broke my jaw when i was 5 years younger and they never took any xrays before operating on me for my tooth however they applied alot of pressure with the instruments they used and i feel like they rebroke my jaw or moved some metal pieces that are inside my jaw from my prior surgery. i DID tell them i had a broken jaw surgery and metal pieces in my jaw right before they did this. idk whats going to come of this but i figured why not share my thoughts and feelings on this place.. its horrible.

If I could give a ZERO I would! Terrible terrible customer service .... after my consult, the estimate was twice as high as I was first advised from my Family dentist (also Metro Dental store front and I absolutely love her)... I was then told that I may have to go through all of this painful procedures - extraction, bone grafting etc and she may not be able to do it after I pay for all of the initial procedures... then I was told I could not be put under because I was too fat .... well that is probably a true scenario ... however... the bedside manner and customer service at this place is ABSOLUTELY horrible.... but it gets better .... I went back to my dentist ... told her what happened and she said none of her patients had come back with a story like this ... and offered to refer me to another specialist. I said the appointment was set and I did not want to wait another 5 weeks for another consultation. We came up with a different plan of care that did not involve an implant. I was feeling pretty good again. I called the Monday before I was supposed to have my extractions to get a final quote and price justification (which is my right as a consumer) so I had the money to pay all put together and ready when I got there as they require payment at the time of service. Yesterday I get a call from someone at the clinic (Karen I think her name was) explaining to me that they had to CANCEL my appointment because of my calls earlier in the week regarding my questions and understanding of the the procedures and what the cost would be .... So now ... not only are they messing with my schedule ... but also my drivers schedule as they took a day off work to make sure they could cart me home . Needles to say I was incredibly unhappy with this place yet again. I tried to call them - during business hours ... and all the phones went straight to voice mail .... I finally called my regular dentist office ... and they got me scheduled with another Oral surgeon for the same day at a different location. I dont usually go on line and post reviews ... BUT THIS IS ABSOLUTELY uncalled for and really VERY POOR service. No one likes the dentist especially an oral surgeon.... so making an experience that is expensive and really quite nerve racking even worse is deplorable in my opinion..... Find another oral surgeon ... this place is not going to meet your needs or your level of satisfaction in regards to cost, friendliness, transparency, or information/education for the patient.
