It doesnt get any better than this. I needed a back molar pulled. I chose, with some hesitation, not to be knocked out, but just to have a shot in my gums to numb me. They offer either option. The staff and my doctor were absolutely fantastic. I was able to fill in my forms on line before my visit, a huge time saver. When I arrived, the front desk staff were cheerful, yet professional and extremely helpful. From beginning to end everyone put me at ease. So many doctors are type A driven and horrid in their treatment of patients. Mine was absolutely not. Skilled, yet so personable, and made this whole experience better in every way. I was in and out of the place ever so quickly, yet never felt rushed. The recovery information was thorough and they answered all my questions. I have not needed any pain medication yet and its been over one week. If you had a friend who was terrified of the dentist. This, without a shadow of a doubt, would be the very best place to send them for oral surgery.

He clearly explains what needs to be done and for how frequent my visits will be. He is caring and personable. When I needed a new procedure recently, I was glad that my dentist sent me to see him. Scott Rake has done a very good job at the start of the dental implant process 1)consultation discussed the best medical option, cost and alternatives so the best long term decision was made 2)original tooth removal was very small amount of pain, quick and included clear follow-up care instructions. His experience results in very favorable results and looking forward to the final installation step in a few months with this implant process. Finally, the dental assistants were experience and professional, which saves time

I’m beyond impressed with the professionalism of this office. Every single person (front desk staff, scheduler, doctor, and anyone else who came in contact with us) was beyond nice & helpful. We felt like our daughters case was extremely important to them and we could tell they valued her. They went above & beyond, and I seriously can’t thank them enough. My daughter is only 7, and they explained everything to her in a way she would understand and made sure she was not scared. Best experience ever. Highly recommend them to anyone!

Was referred by my dentist (dr. Vonhoff) for a tooth extraction. I had just had an extraction recently at a different business which was a disaster. I have Fibromyalgia and intense pain. This doctor, as do most doctors, seemed like he could care less about what I was.trying to convey to him and made me feel like I was a drug seeker.I realize the scrutinization that takes place these days. All too familiar with er visits and uncontrolled pain. But it would go a ling way if you at least appeared to be empathetic and have some kind of general understanding concerning FM. Unfortunately, this is by far the typical response when discussing pain in the medical community.

I came in this morning to have all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and to say I was nervous wouldn’t even come close to how I was feeling. However, from the moment I walked in I felt so much better. The staff was kind, reassuring, and extremely professional. Jen was outstanding and answered all my questions and by the time the procedure was taking place I was comfortable and relaxed even though I was awake for the whole thing. Dr Stacy was fantastic and together her and Jen worked quickly to remove my teeth and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. They also hooked me up with some great ice cream. I would recommend this office to anyone who still needs to take care of their wisdom teeth. 5/5 for sure!!

Great customer service, very friendly and informative! Our first time there, my gf got her 4 wisdom teeth pulled while being put under, I waited there. She got the care and attention needed and they were very quick with the procedure. Bonus, she even got a pint of ice cream to go! I didnt get one when I got mine taken out, elsewhere! 😒 Overall great place, would definitely recommend to anyone getting oral surgery! 5+ star staff and service!

I have been going to see Dr Scott Rake for a number of years. Each time he remembers me and is by far the best Oral Surgeon around! I have invested a lot of time and money in my mouth over the years, and I had been to see a different oral surgeon, did an ok job, but was not like Dr. Scott and the entire staff at OMS! They are welcoming, informative, patient, answer your questions or really just treat you with respect and like you’re family! Dr Scott is also very thorough, patient, explains what’s he’s going to do and then wants to make sure you’re doing ok. Amazing experience. In time of the pendemic they take every precaution to keep everyone safe by using uv purifier temperature check etc. Dr. Anthony was empathetic to my dental crisis he is a good listener with a great sense of humor. He explained what the procedure would entail, along with aftercare process in great detail. Dental assistant and office staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Despite the pain I was in, the experience was positive with good outcome. I am so happy to be out of pain, thanks to Dr. Anthony, Melissa and Chrissy. I highly recommend to anyone to give them a try.

I came in for a tooth extraction of a lower left molar that was broken, decayed, and abscessed. Everyone was friendly and professional. The dentist Tony Indovina did a great job quickly removing the tooth, but still talked through the process. Jen (the assistant?) was informative, friendly, and hospitable. Overall a great experience of going in and getting it done comfortably.

I was in a lot of pain and this office in Fairview Burnsville took me in immediately. All the staff were kind, helpful and professional. The procedure was very fast. Everyone made me feel welcomed, secured and in good hands. Best experience Ive ever had. Thank you!!!

Getting my wisdom teeth removed at the age of 61 was brutal , Dr Stacy and the staff were awesome and very helpful in getting me through it. Numerous trips back for bone spurs and they always worked me in with last minute notice .
