Where to start? Well, I’ve been going to Skyline chiropractic since I was younger, around 13 years old or so. I would always go with my mom & I would get adjustments as well. I have been a patient of Dr. Benson at Skyline Chiropractic for over 10 years. I met her at a fitness club where she was doing free evaluations for new patients. Dr. Benson said my head tilted forward. I told her in my family they say everyone eventually gets this hump at the top of their back. She laughed and said it was forward head positioning and chiropractic would help. I also had frequent headaches and sometimes suffered with neck muscle cramps. My first appointment was a thorough exam, x-rays and health history. To begin with I had one or two adjustments a week, then one every two weeks. My results are wonderful! My headaches are no longer a problem, and I havent had issues with my neck. My posture is much better, in fact at my physicals when they measure my height instead of getting shorter with age I have actually grown 3/4 inch, and no hump! My insurance doesnt cover chiropractic visits anymore, but their cash rate is actually cheaper than what I was paying per visit with insurance at the last place I went to.Bonus points:Shes tech savvy - I get text message appointment reminders and if I need to make an appointment outside of my regular schedule I can just shoot her a text to which she is very responsive.When her office is closed for extended periods of time like a vacation, she has another office that she partners with so you are never without someone available.They have killer black friday deals!
