We worked with Dr. Sarah Kaufman to get my father set up with hearing aids and she was fantastic. Throughout the process she was responsive, incredibly helpful in answering my questions, and an overall joy to work with.As a lifelong musician, my dad had fairly significant hearing loss. He was unhappy with past attempts at hearing aids and said they felt unnatural. Our experience is best summed up by an email he sent recently:When you dont hear well, you almost tend to withdraw from conversations - its not worth the trouble or the embarrassment of misconstruing what others are saying.Im really happy with the way they work and sound and Im hearing a lot of stuff I havent heard in years: I can hear my turn signals! [Mom] says she knows when Im wearing them because I reply to her right away. The microwave beeps are loud and annoying. And so many other sounds I never heard before - I hear them now.

Audiology Concepts, especially Dr. Sarah Kaufman, far exceeded any expectations I had for a clinic, audiology or otherwise. They provided us the best clinical and customer service that we could have experienced. They got us into an appointment in one day, when other clinics had a 30-60 day wait. Once they got us in, my father, was treated so very well. We were listened to and our needs were a priority for Dr. Kaufman. She even offered to meet my father in his home following his visit to be assured he could use his hearing aids to their potential. We were blessed to find them.

Dr. Sarah Kaufman helped me with the purchase of SoundGear digital ear protection. The process could not have gone better. Sarah knew the product and the process. She was responsive and followed up with my concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend her and the Audiology Concept team for any of your hearing needs.

Great place to get quality hearing aids. If your ready for a change.In all honesty the audiologist is very kind and thorough here. She will recommend top hearing aids for you to trial for almost a week.I was kind of skeptical with the hearing test. The both has your obvious beeps and button, but the words are recorded and have way to much bass. Probably get a clear set of ear buds and not bose. Or go with an actual headset.

Dr. Stacey Dimond, Burnsville location, is the most compassionate audiologist I have ever had as my ear specialist! She knows her area of expertise in hearing loss and gives her full attention to the needs of her patient (me the other day!). I would recommend her to anyone and everyone who needs an Audiologist! She is honest with the facts of your needs and shows you what the testing reveals as she helps find the best care for you! She is a 10 out of 10 in my hearing world! Her kind heart is evident in the way you are treated which is very important to me.

My husband has been seeing Dr. Courtney Stone for several years and we have always been impressed with her professional and friendly manner. She always takes time to solve very challenging hearing loss problems for him. At one point, after being hospitalized for three months, she even came to Bethesda Hospital on her own time to help him. Once his hearing was improved he was able to participate in physical therapy with much better success. He is now well and we think Courtney is the best.

I have relied on Dr. Schwartz and the Edina Audiology Concepts folks for many years. They fitted me with my first hearing aid and have continually evaluated my hearing and updated my aids as needed. Dr. Courtney Stone saved my life ... yes, actually saved my life. This is NOT a euphemism for improving my hearing ... which she did. Due to Dr. Stones vigilance, a dangerously large aneurysm was discovered before any symptoms surfaced. I was given 5 years to live without an operation. Seven years later, Im still enjoying life. By the way, Stone has provided an excellent hearing aid with periodic free adjustments that keep pace with my active life.

We were leaving shortly for a vacation after my last appointment with Audio Concepts I was wearing the new Oticon hearing aides to test them out. They had all the new bells and whistles which I found were more complicated than I wanted to deal with.
