Peace Tree Yoga, simply put, saved my life. The practices I am learning there have brought a calmness to my life that is priceless.

I began practicing yoga with Peace Tree Yoga (PTY) at my chiropractor office in the Fall of 2012. I enjoyed Donnas pleasant personality, the simple instructions of the poses and flow and the freedom of the guided practice to make it your own. The positive self talk, no judgement, no expectations made a huge impact in my life. I tried other studios however, I wasnt as impressed or as comfortable. PTY cares about their students well being and health. As I practiced I was hungry for more knowledge about the ways of yoga and began my journey at PTY as a yoga instructor in the Summer of 2014. Yoga has become a way of life for me, thanks to Peace Tree Yoga.
