Poor communication and rude staff. After scheduled surgery, started to get the feeling their main goal is turnover and not care. Definitely lacking a personal touch. They are out of touch with their patients by delivering a sub-par experience. This dentist office is not recommended.
My daughter and I have both had our wisdom teeth removed at the Burlington location, as they were referred by our dentist. The receptionist are always very kind and helpful when assisting you with your insurance and payment. Unfortunately the same can not be said for the nurses and doctors. Im not sure if they are paid too much to deal with us public peons or if they are paid too little, but something is obviously amiss behind closed doors. Im sure their job is as routine and mundane as mine and anyone elses, but we were both made to feel like cattle, moving from one staging area to the next. They were abrupt, insensitive and slightly rude during the consultation and while helping you get ready for surgery. The doctors did do a great job, but I would certainly preface your visit with.. Once you leave the lobby, drop your customer service expectations.
