I work for the company and have been here a year now. It’s one of the top companies I’ve been employed at. My boss, Chris is always there to listen and always has the schedules out in advance, which is nice to plan for things outside of work. The set up is nice everything is done on a computer, including your notes which is great if you like to type like I do. I feel it’s very organized and put together well, with lots of opportunities for growth. FRC offers a lot of benefits for those willing to show up to work everyday and put in work. Like anywhere, their is some drama but you choose whether to get involved in it or not. Overall cons- none.

Good place to work. Really care about the clients.
