Came in for a free tan that I received from an email. Tyler was super friendly and knowledgeable, he told me about the special for unlimited spray tanning and I jumped on that opportunity! He then told me with my new membership I would receive additional free tanning sessions as well as 30% off of product. He even offered to adjust them to some red light therapy instead of tanning beds because I’m not about that life. He recommended a medium spray tan for me and I LOVE it! Can’t wait to come back and be tan 😎

We have been going to Desert Sun now for 8 years or so and love it! Recommended it to several of our friends which have become members also. It’s a clean, quick, friendly, atmosphere with the latest tanning beds. They also offer a range of packages down to single tans so I’m sure anyone will find costs very fair.

Great experience! The staff was amazing and went above and beyond. She took the time to explain the procedures of the place, the different beds and packages, how to use the different beds, and took the time to give a tour. Will be back for sure.

By far the most superb studio I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot. Sun Studio has a Serene environment and is an immaculate facility! Ja de pod is an extreme relaxation session. I typically go for my “ cocktail” which includes a few minutes in the sun bed , a beautifully balanced spray and 10 minutes in the red light which elevates the texture and appearance of my skin. I leave glowing. I’ll admit I go so often mainly to see the staff! Both Alexis and Kevin are so very helpful, professional and complete the wonderful vibe! Cheaper than therapy!

This is a nice clean facility although the staff is not friendly whatsoever and I felt a little cheated by them. Signed up for the Black Friday deal and she explained I was pro rated for the month of December so it was pretty cheap. when I paid for this months (nov) they added a single spa use on to this months and charged without telling me... she just stated I had a month to use them until they expired (I didn’t realize how much she actually charged for this month until I checked my bank..)so..going to utilize the package and then cancel at the end of this year. Please don’t do this to other customers.

Today I Signed up for the Gold Tanning package and (I wish I could remember her name) was very help, very nice, fast service, and overall great experience!

Got a coupon from Desert Sun via email. Tried calling but they only have a recording saying their hours of operation. Drove 45 minutes to use coupon during their posted business hoursto find a sign on door reading “CLOSED EARLY at 12 noon. Drove 45 min the following day and yes they were open but would not honor coupon!

Dont even know where to begin. Weirdest service ever... Girl at the front was eating a sub sandwich and looked like a deer in the headlights when I walked in. No hello or hey or hi. Just a blank stare.I said hello first. She asked me what my last name was and then my first, very plainly like I had just interrupted her calm lunch break.Absolutely no instruction on what to do or where to go, I had to ask what my room number was. She only asked me what shade I wanted, when I asked for clarification on how dark medium was, she said you know, medium. Thanks, youve been a tremendous help!

I love the Burlington Desert Sun! KARISSA helped me understand the importance of products. I, as an middle aged woman, want to look good without adding more crepe to my skin. I also use the spray tan and she is the only one that made sure I understood what to do before, during, and after. Burlington has warm drying, an absolute plus for this cold weather!

The manager here is amazing. Whenever there is an issue with my account or I need some new tans, she is the best at giving me a good deal without feeling obligated to buy something. The girls here are always so welcoming! I love this location and the Oak Harbor. They are DA BOMB.

BEST SPRAY TAN EVER!! I absolutely love this salon, because the staff is always super friendly and knowledgeable about their products, and they keep the store really clean! Their VersaPro is hands down the best spray tan experience Ive ever had--and it lasted longer than other spray tans Ive had before!
