This office is awesome. All the therapist are amazing. Mr. Randy and Mrs. Ella are the best. They have been there for three years helping, my grandsons, Dylan and Landon King. I have seen them grow up with self confidence immensely. These clinic serves the public proudly.

My son has been attending here for a few years. Everyone, from Ms. Pat at the front desk to the therapists, is exceptional. They all understand and actually CARE for every child that walks through the door. I am happy to say my son attends there and I recommend them to anyone who asks! Exceptional people should always be recognized!

My son, who has multiple disabilities and diagnosis has excellent therapists both for occupational and speech. He has been making new progress since attending. My daughter has just recently started receiving therapies as well (we were involved in a head on motor vehicle accident a couple months ago). Again excellent therapists! I would highly recommend Cone Health (Alamance Regional) Pediatric Rehab. (My son having had therapies, OT, PT & ST since he was 9 months old we have been to different therapists & these are top notch!)

My Grandson receives Occupational therapy from a wonderful OT therapist. Getting started was time consuming when you consider 3 separate entities have to agree to therapy , Your childs Doc , your insurance and then their facility, I understand the difficulty! He has grown tremendously in confidence and willingness to try new things. He looks forward to his weekly visits!

Our experience here with Mrs Lanae has been great. My 3 year old was such a mommies girl and never left my side until after our first visit here. From the 2nd visit on my little bitty girl just walked right on back! Thats huge to me. For her to feel so comfortable to go alone! In just a week or two we seen a big improvement in her speech, and now months later she has done so great. Thank you alamance pediatric rehab for being so great at what you do and loving your job. Every employee here is always so happy and friendly!

Super staff! Friendly, welcoming, and knowledgeable. Only gave 3 stars bc The facility main entrance does not have any type of awning or cover for unloading and loading a child in a wheelchair. I cancel therapy for my son when it’s pouring rain bc we don’t want to get soaking wet! Moses Cone should consider the parents persective on this matter and add something out front.

I was deeply offended and dissatisfied with my experience there. I was referred by my pediatrician and told to wait for a call (mistake 1-expecting them to follow up with me). Somehow the incorrect number for me was sent to them (but as was my husbands correct one)-it took me calling my pediatric office to get their phone number before I connected with them. When I did, the voicemail was so vague, I wasnt sure I was calling the correct office (keep in mind, I called between 9-5pm to try and reach someone). It took a week of me calling daily (and sometimes multiple times a day) before I got someone (mistake 2-should have realized that after the 3rd call, my business was not worth it). They informed me that they are part of Alamance Regional Medical Center-means thats where theyre located right? WRONG! (Mistake 3-asking for the address and they gave me a name vs a physical location). So on the day of the appointment (because as a responsible adult I researched for an hour trying to get their precise location and finally gave up), I show up with my child and spend 10-15 minutes driving for a sign to point me in the right direction (I was with my husband and he didnt see anything either). I head inside-no one there knows anything about them and they have to go through 4 different people at various Information desks and a supervisor to call and find out its located at a secondary location (however the appointment was listed in the computer).I call-get voicemail. Try again and get someone; I frantically (and yes at this point, Im panicky and its in my tone, body posture, everything) try to get the location. When I finally get there, Im about in tears and the front desk lady looks baffled,????!!!!!! I explain (no cussing, no loud tones, no throwing anything) that I was deeply upset about their process and I wanted an explanation for a) why I never got calls back b) why I was told the wrong location c) never got any notification after the appointment was made (yes Im that anal-retentive parent who makes notes as soon as I make the appointment but no email, call-NOTHING to follow up).Not only do 2 additional individuals come out to say that I was wrong (yeah, they told me that I didnt leave messages and that I had given them a bad number) but proceed to ignore that I am upset-TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.The appointment then turns out to be a joke-the therapist tries to sit my kid down (he doesnt like to sit still and wants to move as hes 3) and then proceeds to say hes strong willed and he can talk but only when he wants to and on what topics he wants (which I knew and pointed out at the beginning of this process). It took maybe 10 minutes tops and I learned nothing new.Dont bother-the initial hassle should have tipped me off. They have no respect for parents and patients.
