I am updating & upgrading my review. The ONLY issue I had was due to the degenerative disks in my neck, which causes pain when my neck is leaned back. During my followup, I explained this issue and they will be working with me on my next appointment to remedy this. They are EXCELLENT. I have almost no pain in my gums. I HIGHLY recommend them.

Although I don’t remember much about being in the office due to the laughing gas, I absolutely loved my nurses. I didn’t catch either of their names but they were so great.

Let me start by saying that I am terrified of dentists. With that being said, Dr Holman and Dr. Ahmad are both highly compassionate and amazing doctors. In the last week both took care of me in emergency situations where I was in a great deal of pain, and were kind, gentle, and did an amazing job on my dental work. Their staff in both the Raleigh and Burlington offices are equally wonderful. I highly recommend both gentlemen for all of your oral surgery needs. Thank you, thank you, thank you. Dr.Calvola is amazing!!! The nurses were so caring and encouraging❤️. It was my first time under anesthesia. The nurses and doctor helped me through all the anxiety and was so patient with me!Such an incredible place! The only place I will go for dental surgery from now on!

I was seen for tooth extraction. Very pleased with my care. The staff were very kind and put me at ease. They made sure I had my medicines in place and through written instructions for after care. Dr Almad was great. I would recommend them to anyone needing care.

I had a great experience getting my wisdom teeth removed. All of the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The dental assistants were extremely sweet. However, I was not at all pleased with my follow up care. After having complications after surgery, I called to be seen for a follow up and I was completely disregarded. I ended up having to find another dentist to see me for dry socket. The following week, I followed up with Capital Oral and Facial. I had another great experience with the assistants, but was not pleased with how Dr. Ahmad handled the situation. Overall, I was disappointed with how things were handled.

From beginning to end every person who helped me was professional, friendly, and comforting. I would gladly go back when I need more work. Im really grateful for this experience because I have had bad experiences in the past and they took great care and I had no anxiety at all. Thanks!

Dr. Ahmad is amazing. My daughter had her wisdom teeth removed today in the Burlington office. He and his staff took exceptional care of her and even followed up with a phone call and also gave us excellent instructions upon discharge. Highly recommend this practice for your oral surgery needs.

Today my daughter had four of her wisdom teeth removed today in the Burlington office Dr Ahmad did a great/amazing job,him and his stuff took exceptional care of her My daughter is only 13years old I asked her how was it she said mom everyone that came in contact with her was very nice and caring. The nurse that discharge her I forgot her name but she gave us excellent instructions on have to take care of her mouth and how to take the medication, and the Dr.Ahmad him self even followed up with a phone call to check on her to see how shes doing the same day of surgery now thats 💜....but overall its a very professional atmospheres and very friendly stuff from the check in Window to the back stuff.... I just love this place.. Thank yall for takeing care of my baby girl today 10/2/2019 much 💜

Good customer service. Good wait time. Friendly staff. No complications from surgery. Dentist personally called to check on my daughter later that day after she was home which was very thoughtful. Price was high though & I wasnt too happy payment arrangements wasnt available. Everything had to be paid up front before the surgery in which I was unaware prior to the appointment. Thank God I was able to pay, otherwise I would have had to reschedule & take more time off from work. Other than that it was a good visit!

The Doctor and team workers are very nice, kind and goes beyond their job duties. I find that this dentistry is rated 10 stars. I have over 30 years of dentist work but this organization has great people skills and performed my surgery with a great deal of professionalism. I would recommend all to visit his dentistry.

I saw Dr. Ahmad for a wisdom tooth extraction. He was very friendly and professional. On the morning of the procedure I was a little nervous side, but the energy and attitude if the staff, from the receptionist, nurses, and Dr. Ahmad, first appointment on a Monday morning no less!, put me at ease. I knew I was in good hands. Ive never been at a medical facility where the staff was so happy! After the procedure Dr. Ahmad called to check on me. I am really impressed. I highly recommend choosing. Capital Oral and Facial Surgery.

So happy that I was referred to this office. It is a very professional atmosphere and very friendly staff. Dental visits are very stressful for me, however Dr Ahmad has an awesome bedside manner which puts your mind at ease immediately. I recommend this office 100 percent.

My experience was great, I hate needles, the Dentist and his assistant were wonderful, they both check checking on me while the procedure was being done. I had only the tiniest amount of blood once I was able to remove the gauze. I have had no problems and I feel fine. Thank you so much Dr. Holmes

Very friendly staff! Nurses were very friendly, professional, and obviously enjoy what they do and the patients. Surgery went very smoothly with the Oral surgeon and I received a follow up call from him to check on me and answer any questions. Highly recommend!

Dr. Mathew Holman is an EXCELLENT Oral Surgeon. I had a complex fractured wisdom tooth which Dr. Holman removed pain free and perfect. His pre surgical consult, chair side manner and calming and friendly personality put me at ease. Dr. Holman called me that evening and the following day to make sure I was doing well. I give Dr. Holman my absolute highest recommendation . His assistant and the entire office staff were excellent. Highest praise to the entire team and the gifted hands of Dr. Holman. Thank you.

I had three wisdom teeth extracted. Two of them were not yet exposed and had to be cut out out, my surgical team was awesome!! I had no swelling or anything. I would highly recommend using them.

They were so nice! I had to get 4 of my wisdom teeth removed and when I was walking to the room, the dental assistant noticed that I was cold and covered me with a blanket. I needed general anesthesia and needles make me nervous so one lady held my hand while the other inserted the IV and they talked to me the whole time to get my mind distracted. Everything went perfectly and a few hours after the procedure the Oral Surgeon called me to check up on me and see how everything was going. Definitely recommend!

Needed a couple teeth pulled. They said everything went well and they were all so nice and sweet. The operation went by fast and when I woke up they were there to help me walk to the car. Extreamly friendly people I highly recommend them to anyone and everyone !

Dr Hollmans office staff is fabulous .Extremely professional, courteous & kind. The clinical staff is just as professional & go above & beyond to put patients at ease and insure their comfort. Dr. Hollman himself was professional, explained all options compassionate and very good at taking care of the situation I would definitely recommend this office to others.

I got 4 wisdom teeth removed and upon waking up from surgery I haven’t felt any pain at all. The procedure was fast and painless and the employees are nice and always keep me laughing.

This by far has been the best experience. When everything was done I thought they where just beginning the surgery. If I happen to need any services like this again, this will definitely be my first stop.

Experienced and friendly staff. Started having pain in my wisdom teeth 2 weeks out from my scheduled surgery. They were able to move my surgery up to the next business day. The wait time was a little lengthy for my consultation, but other than that they were great!
