Amazing doctor was there for my 1st pregancy and now for my 2nd! I love the whole staff at Cooper super sweet and understanding

I should give 0 stars - I have never been so disappointed in a doctors office in all my life! WHEN I NEED THEM THE MOST. Today has is 2 full weeks trying to reach Dr Lamotta & he nor anyone of the staff has called me on his behalf! Im in constant pain & made an appt with another GYN that I see on 8/8 (if I make it that far & the cyst doesnt burst ending me in the ER!)This is totally unacceptable for a NEW patient who came in with an issue, was told to wait 6 weeks, got test done, advised SJ Radiology to also fwd to my family doc for his records,. My family dr calls me 2 days later & says get in GYN ASAP?? That was 7/17!! I left so many phone messages, email messages thru My Cooper that were never even read!!Friday I blasted them on Facebook & got patient services who called right away to get details.. & this am 7/29, patient services must have reached the mgr of that office because I get an email from that office with apology (forwarded to Dr Lamotta) asking if I want to come there 8/6 - nah, Id rather wait & be in pain & take the risk. Thanks for nothing! Not a good way to treat NEW patients with an issue or anyone for that matter ! TOTAL LET DOWN, ESPECIALLY WHEN I NEEDED THEM THE MOST!
