I must say you have to Call for a Appointment; Or you not get in , This was my Second thin there and I will be going back every week from now on being so close to home ... The best massage I have ever had hands down

Massage by Fiona, who I believe is the owner. She was kind. That is all I can say that is positive of my experience. Too many negatives to list but the big ones are, unsanitary, not Covid-19 compliant, took phone call during massage, suddenly left room 8 separate times forgetting to close the door at one point! She was unable to tell me why she left when I asked each time upon her return due to her poor communication ( English)

This is an excellent place to get a good massage.-I have had (4) massages here in the last three months.-The people working here are polite and friendly. They always make experienced, educated, and helpful recommendations for treatments. This business has professional, polite, and knowledgable people working there.-The massage therapist I had today was excellent and really new what she was doing. I realized right away she was educated and experienced.Going back soon.....

My husband and I both went here on 10/27/18 and received excellent 1 hour massages. The place was very clean, the beds were comfortable and the was nice, peaceful music playing softly. Our masseuses each did a great job identifying the muscular problems (knots) we had and worked on them with accuracy. After we left, my husband noticed he was able to turn his head side to side about 50% more than before. We each enjoyed the hot stone treatment at the end and also the cleansing with hot, moist towels. We honestly cant wait to go back.

I can’t say enough wonderful things about Izumi! I have severe neck and back pain, and they are my savior, and often the only place I find relieved They are kind, flexible with scheduling, and all of their massage therapists have a magical touch, seemingly knowing extra where my body needs the extra TLC. The environment is clean and welcoming, and I’m so happy to have found a place I can go back to again and again. Give them a try!

Called for an appointment. I was asking for a therapist which I had her a while ago. I dont know if their English is not good enough to understand me or they try to fool me. However, I went to my appointment and I found out the business changed to a different owner. And their massage style is totally different than the original one. Didnt get my problems fixed. AGAIN! It is not the original Izumi family!!!

This is not the original Izumi owner anymore. If you want to get the traditional therapeutic massage. You have to find the original one occupied by the Izumi family.

Fantastic massage. Price was excellent. I felt so much better after the massage. Would totally go back. I called the day of and they had availability in the afternoon.

My husband and I had a 1 hour couples massages done here this past weekend and we both thought they did an excellent job! We had Yoki and Tina as our massage therapists and would highly recommend them both! I have bad tendinitis/carpal tunnel in my forearm and hand and whatever Yoki did to that area made it feel the best that it has felt in months and seriously relieved the pain after just one session!!!(meanwhile, this was after physical therapy, a brace, ice/heat and rest all failed to make it feel better!). We went to the Burlington location as we didnt know at the time that they also had a location in Wakefield, which we will be going to next time! We will defiantly be back and highly recommend them to anyone in need of a good massage and or stress/pain relief!

I like the massage here as long as its given by Emily. The team tries forcing me every time I make a booking, to try the other masseuse, and that is irritating.

Got a same day appointment today, have a pinched nerve, been bad for 8 weeks. Chiropractors scared to touch, as are doctors. Deep tissue massage seems to have improved things. To what extent I am not sure, but I am optimistic about this. Highly recommended. Thank you Izumi 10/10

This place is the best! a hidden gem in Burlington. Go see Michelle or Yuki. Both are excellent. I have a few sports injuries and some neck and back pain. I always feel that they go above and beyond to make me feel better. They are very accomodating and always have appointments.water and warm towel at the end. You must go and experience it!!!

I went here after going through all the positive reviews but to my surprise the massage was pathetic. I went for 90 mins massage and had to cut down to 60 min. The masseuse was not at all a trained one. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Yuki is amazing, however she doesn’t work here anymore. The original Izumi team moved to Wakefield about a month ago and is now called “Izumi Yuki Healing Massage”. If you want a truly great experience, head over to Wakefield! Yuki is very experienced and knowledgeable!

First of all, I found out the preset Izumi Healing Massage of Burlington is not the original Izumi team anymore. They change the ownership.Second of all, I had the terrible experience in this new business. The massage therapist had her phone with her in the session room. She was answering the phone or texting with one hand and the other hand was doing my massage. No pressure at all feel like just someone lotion my body. She even doesn’t understand when I asked trigger point for my sciatic nerve.After I left there, I did google research. Found out the original Izumi team moved to Wakefield with the new name of IZUMI YUKI’S MASSAGE THERAPY. If you want a good deep tissue and fix your problem then you have to see the original Izumi team.

Bad communication. Cancel my appointment without explain or notice and call back after 20min said sorry. I would not recommend this place.
