Whenever I go in for a massage, I aim to relax and enjoy, and hopefully come out feeling renewed. The massage therapist was nice, but the massage was okay. The worse of all was she was talking for the whole hour when I was there. Initially I was engaged in the conversation thinking it would be for 5-10 mins, but she just kept going. I tried to close my eyes and only acknowledged what she said, hoping she would get the social cues and stop. Of course, that did not happen. I ended up feeling very exhausted after the massage.

This location is amazing! I always recommend Gina! She has the best hands - gentle yet firm enough that I leave feeling relaxed and stress free every time! The place is clean, safe and very relaxing.

Elements Massage in Burlington offers deep tissue massages. My therapist Phoebe is wonderful. I always come out from a massage feeling so relax and tension free.

Great service, the reception staff is knowledgeable about the pressure the massage therapists use and are able to make good matches. The therapists are very professional and have availability. They have been great at listening and give awesome massages.

I have, without exaggeration, had hundreds of massages in my life, dating back to racing triathlons, and massage had continued to be an important part of my life for therapeutic purposes. This was the absolute worst massage I have ever had. It was 90 minutes of clumsy and awkward pawing. I don’t know how else to describe it. There was nothing enjoyable about it. The parts of my body which needed work were barely touched. When I told the front desk person about this awful experience, there was zero empathy. She just said, “well that’s $129. Do you want to book another?” I would absolutely not recommend this place. Awful massage, awful customer service. I am not sure why I took the risk. Don’t make the same mistake!

Ive been a member at Elements Burlington for years and years. I first started going as therapy for my 70 mile daily commute, and have continued even after I ditched that crazy drive.Their therapists are all very good and the staff is really professional. Rachel runs a tight ship over there, and gives a great massage to boot. I highly recommend!

I recently transported a large quantity of leaves using a plastic sheet (not dragged, but carried) from my front yard into the woods at the back of my property. With the number of trips I had to make, I calculated that I carried them a total of .8 to .9 miles. My neck, shoulders, arms, and back were really sore. Fortunately, I had a scheduled appointment with Elements. Paula, my massage therapist, carefully listened to my concerns and the problem areas I pointed out to her. She did a fantastic job in her treatment. The next day, my aches from my leaf management were gone, although I was a bit sore from the treatment itself. I guess this comes with the territory. Kudos to Paula! Thank you!

Took my mom there for a massage with Gina. She said this was one of the worst massages she has ever gotten. Gina was also very disrespectful to her. When my mom asked her to adjust the pressure, she responded in a very rude manner. A few minutes later she made another request (related to a medical condition she has) and again got a very rude response. She came out of that massage room more tense/stressed than she went in. I wanted to make this weekend special for her but instead this experience ended up ruining her day. I have not seen her this upset/frustrated in a very long time. This was a total waste of time & money!

The manager treated me to a massage to get a feel for the services and Phoebe my therapist did an amazing job. Great place for a deep tissue massage! Ive been a client for years to help relieve chronic back and neck pain. The staff really goes out of their way to get to know their regular customers and youre always greeted with a smile.

Theyre really nice there. JT (male masseuse) is awesome. My only complaint is that I cant schedule a 1.5h massage within the same week.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism of the entire staff, and the knowledge and skills of the massage staff. Generally I see Laura, who is excellent. As a runner, I frequently have specific issues with legs or back, and she has addressed every concern. She even suggests stretches and exercises that I can do on my own time to help.The monthly package makes this a very affordable option. As other reviewers have indicated, it is no frills, but that is my preference. They do offer a place to relax before or after, and provide a bottle of water after every massage. Highly recommended.

Donna was amazing. Firm, gentle hands with a smooth flow. A very thorough deep tissue massage without the pin-point pain Im usually resigned to. Both a relaxing massage and a very deeply therapeutic one. Im very impressed. The space is peaceful, beautifully decorated, very pleasant people and they did not push any extra services or programs on me (just gently offered). Its not the closest place to my house, but Im be coming back for sure. And they are open weekends, including weekend evenings!

I have gone to Elements in both Indianapolis and Burlington, MA. Both have been wonderful experiences. The Burlington staff has continually gone above and beyond in their service over the last 9 months. I live in Chicago but work in Boston and they were always able to accommodate my schedule to fit me in while I was in Burlington. Also, I have been getting prenatal massages from Rose and Amanda. Both are AMAZING. Amanda even pampered me with a baby gift at my last appointment! The staff is wonderful and I would recommend Elements Burlington to anyone.

Front desk staff very pleasant and helpful. Making future appointments is always easy even with my busy schedule. My massage therapist, Kristin H, is fantastic. She works diligently to relieve all the painful areas I present her with each and every time I have an appointment. She is so pleasant and knowledgeable when I ask questions about what is going on in a certain area that is painful. She also makes suggestions on how I can work on problem areas at home. Your front desk area, waiting area, and all the rooms are always clean and neat. Overall I feel so comfortable and relaxed from the minute I arrive until I leave the building.

Aaron was great about intuitively being able to tell where there was tension. He checked in prior to, during and at the end of the massage. Environment was relaxing, plenty of parking and was able to book a last minute appointment.First time customers pay $69. After that,without membership, its $129. While my massage was good. I wont be coming back at that price.

Had a massage from Ana,Feb 5th it was incredible,she was very professional, on time and hit every muscle point,if you really want a Deep tissue massage,you have to go to her. Seriouly

Booking an appointment is super easy, even same day! Front desk staff has always been very friendly and helpful. Massage therapists are professional and highly skilled, always eleviating my chronic neck pain/tension headaches and addressing any other concerns or problem areas I may have. I now pay for the monthly membership, to keep the pain away and take better care of myself and my body. Totally worth it.

Dealing with the new normal of Covid-19 and mask wearing, I felt completely safe getting a massage from Dylan. Even with a few changes to the massage routine (i.e. mask wearing, waiting in the car prior to the appt, no blanket provided (dont worry there are still sheets)) I was completely comfortable and would still recommend Elements.
