I recently changed careers. No more work boots. Dress shoes now.Alecs is the only place that is truly Customer service based. They have probably 10 sales staff helping customers. Nobody pushing a sale. They have the shoes sizes in stock. Ive never had shoes fit so well. Its worth an extra $10.00 for great service.Thank you

And experienced and kind practitioner examined me and took all the time he needed to the specifications of the referring doctor. However I just read the impressions and I dont understand two out of the three and Im hoping that someone will explain it to me because I just sent it message to my doctor.

Nov 3 2017 11:30am My Lahey Dr sent me to this lab for blood work. There were approx 18 people standing in line waiting to be given a number, like in a bakery. Many waiting in line were elderly and some with obvious handicaps--all with no choice but to stand and wait. Inside the waiting room were at least 40 people seated, waiting their turn for the lab.--all of course, paying for parking and surely all had better ways to spend their time. I refused to be yet another sheeple and accept this as being ok, to wait for who knows how many hours for their turn--like they do with Socialized medicine in Canada. With 100% insurance coverage , this was not acceptable to me. I will never return to that lab . Im having labs done at a better-run, more efficient , caring location.
