TERRIBLE phone customer service! Awful attitude and service. The lady had a sour attitude and acted as thought my question was a chore for her to answer. Cut me off multiple times, had a rude tone, and was super unhelpful and unwilling. If a company is that turn-offish on the phone I can’t imagine what it’s like to actually work with them! Do not recommend

I had these guys do a lead test on my home water. Dont do the Home Depot type of test use a local person who knows what theyre doing. Decent turnaround time and fair price.
