Paul Vidal and his staff are so good at what they do! Consistent professionalism and knowledge from all ends. So easy to feel heard which lead to more effective therapies addressing specific needs. Always caught on to what was important and gave evolving, specific exercises that made sense. I am seriously impressed at the way Paul does his job and cares about it. Specialized PT is outstanding. I’ve had two injuries over the last couple years and I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly I was able to gain mobility and strength back. I love Specialized Physical Therapy. They follow all the safety procedures from the minute you walk in the door until you leave. The entire staff is welcoming. The therapists give you the exercises and stretches based on how you feeling each time you go. It’s rarely the same workout twice. The results are fantastic!

Both my wife and I have been visiting this facility for two years for both therapy (for both of us) and fitness (for my wife) and find it to be first rate. The therapist (Dr. Paul Vidal) is excellent to work with. He is pleasant , caring and skilled in his profession. He questions you thoroughly about your condition, examines your mobility limitations and gives you a battery exercises to regain you normal physical capabilities.The entire staff is friendly and always make you feel welcome making each visit an experience you look forward to rather than a medicalnecessity.

After a recent sport related injury forced me to spend of couple months rehabbing my knee; I was grateful to be refereed to Paul and his team at Specialized Physical Therapy. The place is professionally well run and gets great results. The front office is easy to schedule with and fantastic about reminders and follow up…so it was no surprise to be given individual attention through the entire rehab process. The staff explained the exercises and ongoing care in easy to understand ways. They were able to keep things challenging and personally motivating to my goals…which were never far out of their minds. I had sessions twice a week for 8 weeks... in that short time Paul helped to restore strength & mobility to my shoulders. I have been going to Specialized Physical Therapy for awhile. Paul, the doctor is fantastic along with his associates. They take the time to listen to what your aliments are and address them accordingly. I have been to other physical therapy places, but none of them compare with the service and concern of your well being like this place. I would highly recommend Specialized Physical Therapy and would give them 5 stars for their services.

Excellent and positive experience! Had an issue with my rotator cuff and tendonitis/arthritis in my right shoulder. From the first visit to the last, Yolanda was very helpful and always cheerful and welcoming. Paul did a great job at targeting my shoulder issues with a mix of guided exercises, stretching, and message. Each week, Paul would work on and target parts of the shoulder that I expressed pain or problems with. By the end of our sessions, I had a greatly improved range of motion and my strength back. Pauls advice on maintenance, stretching, and exercises have allowed me to resume everyday activities since the sessions have finished. Definitely recommend!
