I agree with the other review on here. The operator sounds like shes ALWAYS tired and unhelpful. They have NO TACT in dealing with the general public. Im just trying to get my personal property and i feel like theyre giving me the run around. Im not the one for going after anyones job but if youre gonna have a nasty attitude and not help people like you should, either quit or get fired and get someone a bit more understanding.

Poor service, 20 min wait when being transfered to lot and one day there was no operator to pick the answer the phn on an open buisiness day. Website has the wrong number so your forced to call operator for the company. When speaking to employee at actual lot she seems to not want to give any more help or answers then she has to and seems rude when doing that much. Must be family owened because if this was a chain company then those employees wouldnt have theyre jobs with the amount of bad reviews which all seem to be the same experience

Very rude and disrespectful operator, would not give me name of management nor a telephone number for them. she had a nasty attitude and was huffing and puffing because i asked her a question, this is ridiculous
