I like this place extensions came out great .not exactly what I wanted but lasted well felt natural.do not like the 25 dollar appt. Fee to hold your spot non refundable even if you show. Service was ok .all in all would go back but would look elsewhere first for better price.

This was my first time getting a wax, I got the full bikini wax and Ms. Leah Q was very compassionate, very friendly, and very helpful in easing the fear of waxing.. I started to cancel the apt but Im very glad I didnt. It was well worth it. I would definitely reccomend serenity waxing studio to anybody and I would highly reccomend Ms. Leah Q to anybody as well very professional very punctual and everything was very clean.I give 👍👍!!!

I I thought it was very unprofessional as far as the lady that does the waxing because my daughters eyebrows did not look even and when I told her that she kept getting her measuring tape out and saying the measurements were right when I kept trying to tell her even though the measurements add it up it didnt mean it looks proportional. Instead of trying to figure it out and fix it she sits down and starts texting until we decide if we want to do it or not. Do not recommend for the amount of money it cost and the amount of professionalism that she gives. This was my daughters face and all she seem to care about was her phone.

The atmosphere was nice but the service sucked. My lashes came out in one week. I guess thats why they had a special for new techs.

Glamorous studio!!! They are clean, licensed, professional & discreet. I felt so comfortable with getting my first Brazilian wax. Also tried the eyelash extensions. Both treatments lasted 3-4 wks. Will definitely be back.

It was my first time going to this place, I got my brows and lip done, and honestly I was satisfied walking out the door. The wax didnt hurt me at all. Then I got home and realized my esthetician never let me look in a mirror at my brows.I asked her to clean them up and she completely shaped them into two uneven brows, half the size that they were. Honestly she took off so much hair and it didnt hurt so kudos but I am not pleased with the end results.

I have been going to Leah for months now for Braz waxes and I absolutely love her! She is SO sweet and doesnt make anything awkward whatsoever. I also love that Serenity Waxing offers points when you pre-book that you can use for dollars off your future services! 100% recommend this place and Leah. :)

Update: I received a call from the manager at the salon and was apologized to for the situation. I then received a refund in the mail for the $100 deposit I had put down. I since then have changed my review and appreciate their efforts to fix the situation.I scheduled an appointment for Microblading and the day before, they called to confirm. I told her my grandfather wasn’t doing well (was in the hospital) and told her I was still planning to come but it depended on how he was. She was super kind, told me to call as soon as I knew and in this situation they’d understand if I had to cancel at the last minute. My grandfather passed the day of my appointment. So obviously, I had to cancel. I called back to reschedule later, asked for the most recent apppintment and she offered by one. She knew based on a previous conversation I preferred Tuesday’s, but I wanted the most recent. So I took the soonest one (8/30) at 12pm. As the day approaches, I never got a reminder call, so I called in to confirm the time and address (it’s a 3 hour drive for me) and she tells me they don’t have me down, in fact they have the Tuesday date she offered me down for me- which is the one I declined, so I could take the first available date. I couldn’t do this since I’d arranged childcare/work for 8/30 and they informed me there was no way they could get me in. I am thankful I called to confirm instead of driving 3 hours- but due to their negligence and mistake, I was out the $100 deposit. I asked for it back so I could schedule elsewhere and she told me no refund, especially since I’d cancelled my first appointment (would have much rather been getting my brows done versus my grandpa passing, but obviously couldn’t control that) and I was very upset that Chelsey had made the apppintment mistake and I was taking fault for it. She and I had talked 3 times and walked through the appointment for 8/30, when to arrive, what to expect and etc. Definitely disappointed as I’ve heard great things about them, but was upset it didn’t work out and lost out $100.

Very professional and educated staff. Plus they use hard wax and they are the only place in Burlington that I have found that uses this type of wax which is less harsh on the skin.

Well apparently they do a very good job but my wife was because they offered her a promotion and that supposedly she was going to cost 350 dollars the work and so far they have not finished it so so to give a 5 star rating I will have to see what class of work they are going to do to my wife
