Today Friday I supposed to be there at 12:30 but on my way I found two car accidents and I was late 13 minute They call I was just parking and she told she can put me at 4:30 I said oh I come from Lawrence I can’t wait those hours. I’m alway early and sometime I have to waiting in the room for 15 and 30 minutes and I never complain. And my process don’t take a liase 3 minutes because is a really small aire. Don’t supuse to be 15 minutes In case something happens with costumers????? So you guys lost one costumer

Poor communication. I tried calling multiple times to reschedule an appointment, but no one ever answers the phone or returns my call. I eventually just called and left them a voicemail to cancel my appointment instead. A few hours later I got a text back saying my appointment was canceled. I feel like a call back at least acknowledging they got my message, and missed my call several times would have made it seem like they cared more about tending to their clients. I was a new client to this location, but now I changed my mind and will be going elsewhere for my services. The lack of communication was just very off-putting and inconvenient. I’ve experienced various Med/Beauty Spas with much better customer service than this place.

I highly recommend going to Laser MD Burlington for all of your filler and Botox needs! ♥️ I was paired with Kaitlin, who is an NP there. Not only was she attentive, gentle and didnt pressure me into getting anything additional.....my lips, cheeks and forhead came out amazing!!! I have never had any of these procedures done before....but at 36, it was time! I got filler in my lips and cheeks, Juvaderm, and Botox on my forehead and 11s. A good way to know you have a great Injector, is that no one knows you got anything done! Just enhanced, perfect and smooth! I highly recommend Kaitlin for all of your MedSpa needs! Cant wait for my next appointment with her!

Easy to get an appointment, very nice at the front desk, office is minimalistic but pleasant enough, bright and looks clean. Staff is friendly & professional, RN has excellent technique, great results & impressive follow up. No pushy selling going on. They do evaluate you and offer recommendations based on their assessment and your complaint, which is helpful. Competitively priced but if you are on a budget youll have to save up a bit between services. Im actually thrilled I found this place.

Quick Service. Service A+ My only complaints are that I got to my appointment 15-20 min early since it was my first time. Unfortunately Staff must have been short. The whole 15 minutes there was no one at the receptions desk. Fortunately the woman who did the procedure was friendly and quick. I purchased a groupon for a large area since Im technically no longer new member i cant get the discount. Had i known that i would have gotten the groupon before i paid for the other procedure out of pocket for my fullface touch ups. and then had to figure how to get a refund. i was stuck with groupon bucks (credit).

I have had 2 of my 8 sessions and can’t say anything but great things about Laser Gentle. They informed me of a financing option before I came in for a consultation and I was able to get a great discount by getting a package. On top of their excellent customer service and expertise is their work. I highly recommend Laser Gentle Burlington and their staff.

I was so scared and hesitant of trying laser hair removal.First, the prices I had gotten are other places were way more expensive, so this place definitely offers more affordable options.Second, the staff was so comforting and answered all my silly questions from start to finish about the whole treatment process. I did not feel shy or worried while getting the laser hair removal procedure. They really make you feel comfortable.I would definitely recommend this place to friends (already have), clean & professional!

I have never wrote a review before but feel the obligation to the society to share my experience at Laser Gentle Medical. By no means is this a witch hunt, just hoping by sharing my experience I save others from the same pain. Firstly, DO NOT pay in advance for any packages or let them foul you that you are getting a deal cause weeks later they will sell the same item at 50% off and will have no consideration for you, their answer is you have already purchased a package even though you have not even used any sessions. Secondly, with the continuous staff turnover you will not deal with the same folks - they simply lie to sell. The Groupon deals are good and thats where it should end, do not let them foul you into giving them more money. Thirdly, once they have your money, you will get ZERO customer service. Many unprofessional, inexperienced and rude staff with no consulting expertise. But they act like experts when they are lying to sell so when you get no results they will say you need more sessions or they will ignore you. I highly recommend just staying away from this place.

I have been to this location for consultations and for dermal fillers. I love the consultative, no pressure feel and how genuinely nice the staff is. I also am someone who is just a bit scared of needles (crazy, I know), and everyone is so patient and accomodating - honestly, Ill probably be a loyal customer here forever.

Biggest mistake of my life going to this place. Very bad Coolsculpting results. Lumps and dents all over and they pretended like they did not see anything wrong. These lumps are called Paradoxical Adipose Hyperplasia. Please Google it. Stay away from this place. Incompetent and vindictive staff.

I went to this Clinic when it was in Waltham. Without notice they moved to Burlington in the middle of my contract. I could not travel to Burlington.The first session for the YAG was not good. It lasted only 15 minutes after I said I was not interested in specialized treatment the tech recommended. The second treatment was with a Nursing Student who worked part-time and it was great. She covered the whole face. I took the whole course of six sessions, then repeated it six months later. Still satisfied I returned for a third round and requested the same Nursing Student. She did 2 of my treatments then I was told she had left and someone else would do it. I again got the quickie. The next time I again had a new tech and I doubt she really knew what she was doing. It was awful and a waste of time. Furthermore the treatment hurt like it hadnt ever before.Then I received a Voicemail that my next appointment would be in Burlington and they wanted to confirm that I would be there. I neither responded or went. Same for the last scheduled treatment.My conclusion was that this was a shabby outfit that tried to hook me for more expensive procedures. No physician was ever in the Office. I think they hire techs from the street and give a few training sessions.Without reservation I would suggest you not waste your money on this organization. They lost the only technician who was good. She was a nursing student who wanted to specialize in cosmetic dermatology.

Very professional, great staff and great treatments. I used them in Waltham and now in Burlington. Very clean place, really pleasant people. I recommend it!

I went there (Burlington) on February 1, 2018 for a facial. Was pressured for 15 minutes to get botox because it would fill in my 11s by the nurse and girl behind the desk. I told the nurse and the girl who worked the desk and gave me the laser facial that I had NOT come for botox injections, had never had them. because I would probably get a lazy eye and a reaction. They both assured me that nothing will happen, no, no, no hahaha...500.00... Well, I got a lazy eye, had it for months, because apparently the nurse, who said she once worked for a plastic surgeon, put the botox too close to my hooded eye lid. I looked it up, this is a mistake made by rookie injector, uncommon error. I called and emailed several times, the nurse said to get more botox...or let it wear off! Look online, this is an injector error...I signed the paperwork prior to getting the injection, stating that I had previously had blood clots. Well, after the botox started to wear off, I saw a dime size lump form above my eye, at an injection site!! I went back to the nurse, who thought I was coming back to her for another dose of too much botox and another 500.00... I showed her the lump and she said it was a pimple and she said she has never seen anything like it before... I told her it was from the injections, and most likely hematoma, she had no clue! It is now October, i have left several messages asking them to call me back. NO REPLY. I have a lump above my eye that I see everytime I look in the mirror!! I will try to contact the board certified director who is discussed all over their website of this Medical Spa . There is no credibility because they do not call back. I will continue my research and find out who owns this operation and who the board certified physician is so they can look at my permanent lump!!! If the board certified physician who works at Laser Gentle reads this review, please contact me. My contact number is at the Burlington office from February 1, 2018!!

I have been to this location for Ematrix treatments, silk peels, PCA peels, and microdermabrasion. I have had a good experience almost every time, and most of the staff is very good at what they do. The results were great and I plan to go back for more!

Dont go! Stay away! Filler injected improperly 5 months later Im still bruised and swollen. Kybella has left me numb itchy and tingly again 5 months later. Go to a real plastic surgeon stay away save some aggravation
