The staff and the pharmacy are overall very nice but I am not happy with how long it takes them to refill my medicine!

I have been using the Burlington Walmart Pharmacy for all of my prescriptions for several years. The staff is SUPER FRIENDLY & the pharmacists are SUPER KNOWLEDGEABLE! 💯It may take 24 hours for a refill on certain scripts, depending on their schedule, availability, and pharmacy hours, but the technicians work extra hard to ensure I get what I need in time.I would definitely recommend this pharmacy because it it low cost, and you will get what you need in a timely manner as long as you communicate your needs to the staff. Moreover, the staff is very dedicated and friendly and will remember you in the future with a smile and kind words.Couldnt ask for better service!!! 😁

My Rx is sent to them 1-2 weeks a head of time,what happens it just sits there.I call for the refill, nw they dont have any in, call back next week.This is a JOKE, Ive been out if pain meds for 8 days now.Ill NEVER go back to them.Thanks for a great job well done.When Rxs come in,Why are they not loaded into the system for refill,Nope they just sit.Bad system.

We fill our prescriptions here as its lowest priced in our area, but its a big hassle. Prescriptions arent filled in time frame requested, if you walk in w a new prescription be prepared to wait a hour or longer even when not busy. Assistance is generally indifferent, pharmacists can be cranky. If there were someplace less expensive Id leave Walmart in a heartbeat.

Just moved to Burlington and talked with Julie and she was able to transfer all my meds from the Walmart where I used to live. She was very nice to talk to. Thanks!

I have been dealing with this Walmart pharmacy since April with my new insurance. I’ve always gone to Walgreens in the past. But with this new insurance Walgreens is more expensive. Every single time I go in there my prescription is not ready, the people are rude, and not willing to help when something is done incorrectly . Without fail I always end up waiting 30 minutes to an hour for my prescription Which is whatever. But the rudeness is too much. Be nicer & a more empathetic to your customers

I will never use the pharmacy in Burlington again. My doc called in prescription on July 3rd, 2017. Went to pick it up on the 5th, they told me should be ready in 45 min. So I waited for over an hour. Still wasnt ready. Came back at 7:40P.M. A cocky male pharmacist told the female we cant do the rx now, it requires punching in a number. They wanted me to pay $50 compared to Walgreens $24 .. nope, will stick to using Walgreens. When I lived In Racine the employees at the Pharmacy at Wal-Mart Neighborhood Market were awesome. If you dont like your job find a different career because its not fair to the customers. The same male pharmacist gave me a wrong prescription in the past as well and tried to blame my doctor. So always make sure you have the right meds!!!!
