Their actions and demeanor made our week, restored our faith in humanity, and showed how much integrity and honesty they have. I have been going to an optometrist for over 20 years. I have been going to see Olivia and Dr. Cornwell now for about 5 years and they are HANDS DOWN the best I’ve ever worked with. I’m a critical care nurse, and can tell you the Cornwell’s provide their patients with exceptionally kind, thoughtful, courteous and professional services. Whether it’s Olivia helping me try on glasses, or Dr. Cornwell helping both my husband and sister on very short notice with eye infections the service truly can’t be beat. Plus, they have two adorable corgi’s that greet you when you walk in. AND they have incredibly fair prices. I’ve recommended many co workers and family to them! Two of the most good natured, warm hearted people I’ve ever met. Thank you Olivia and Jimmy, you are such an amazing contribution to this community!

My family has been coming to see Olivia and Jim for YEARS! I just moved here June of 2017 and was obviously referred to them by family. Let me just tell you, Olivia greeted me with a hug on the very first meeting. I always come in with my 3 kiddos in tow and she is great with all of us! Dr Jim is very informative and explains things in ways that us normal non eye experts can understand. Ive had instances where my children have broke their glasses and with one phone call she has brought us in right away and fixed them with no fuss! Ive never had a hard time getting an appointment and if I did, it would be worth the wait! I love these two, they are like family and if you need an appointment, CALL THEM NOW and you will not be disappointed!! He explains everything thoroughly and makes you feel very comfortable during your eye exam. His wife Olivia is one of the sweetest women you will ever meet. They genuinely care about each and every one of their patients. You could be having the worst day of your life and walk out of their shop feeling better than you did going in. I am so grateful that i was recommended to them. Olivia is super friendly, helpful and made my son and i feel very comfortable. They have the best selection of affordable/stylish childrens glasses, i have seen anywhere. They are a local, family owned and operated business, which i love. The store is kept very clean and tidy, with lots of places to sit. They got my sons lenses put in his glasses in no time and Olivia even messaged me when they were done! My kids and I have apple health/medicaid but i choose to pay to come and see them (the prices are very fair and reasonable) because they treat us like people. They love what they do and you can tell. Anywhere else i have ever gone feels like they are in a rush, dont care and are just trying to make a buck. I really truly cannot say enough good things about Jim and Olivia. I would highly recommend them!!

Broke my glasses playing basketball and immediately went to buy new frames/lenses from see eye care! but I needed my prescription from another place I usually go to and was put on hold for a very long time.. long story short Olivia was amazing and made the call for me and got my prescription faxed over right away and got everything I needed then and their!! Show up for appointment at the appointed time & they didnt show up for another 15 minutes after they were suppose to be open. Then they say they dont take my insurance. I guess I shouldve asked but they should also collect that information before scheduling an appointment. They also have 2 dogs running around inside their building, so I hope your not allergic!

Best and friendliest optometrist ever!! We had gone to costco for ages and were looking for something a little friendlier for our family. We recommend Dr. Cornwell to all of our friends and family! His wife is a gem and made us feel welcome our first visit, instead of feeling like cattle herded through the line at Costco. Dr. Cornwell spent ample time explaining everything to us during our exams and even asking us if we had any questions! We couldnt be happier! The cherry on top: its cheaper than costco!

I had Dr. Cornwell do my recent eye exam at the office inside the mount vernon Walmart. The exam was very inexpensive and I felt he was the friendliest eye doctor I had ever been to, and I have worn contacts for 15 years.
