Great dentist, they have tvs for you to watch while being worked on in some rooms. Very good customer service.

Recently I was diagnosed by an emergency room doctor with sepsis due to an infected tooth. I was told I needed it extracted ASAP or the infection could spread. The next morning I called Burlington Dental and went in for an emergency extraction. Was seen by Dr. Shane Lu and a really awesome dental hygienist. Within minutes I went from filling out paperwork, x-ray, numbing, and then immediate extraction. I dont think you can get an oil change this fast! I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. Dr. Shane Lu was a good listener, very informative, and straight to the point. Had some questions a few days following the procedure and although Dr. Shane was not in the office, he still took initiative to follow-up outside of office hours. 10/10 would recommend this office to anyone in need of exemplary service.

I absolutely love this dentist. I have had such a grate experience here. The front lady is awesome she is so kind and welcoming. The dentist is amazing he made sure I was comfortable and did a really good job on my teeth.

This place is a NO STAR. The guy gave me a root canal and didnt bother to tell me which tooth he done it on and didnt prescribe me any antibiotics after the root canal. I had to take a trip to the ER because of them. My gums swollen, cant eat, cant drink, my pain is a whole 10. Now thankfully I have another dentist to fix the problem. Honestly if I were you I wouldnt waste my time with this place they need to be shut down or something because this is rediculous. Then the person who answers the phone going to try and argue with me like excuse you but you cant be talking to your customers like that 😂.

I had a toothache so I was able to schedule an appointment with this office in the same day. My traditional dentist still has yet to return my voicemail I left 2 days ago. I went in expecting my tooth to be decayed beyond repair and possibly needing a root canal. I was relieved to find out that my teeth were fine and it was a simple issue with my gums. Many other dentists wouldve tried to sell me an expensive treatment that was unnecessary. This office has gained my trust.

I had a very disappointing experience here. The hygienist had pretty bad bedside manner and came off as very cold. Didnt introduce herself, or say much of anything at all besides barking orders during the procedure. She was also pretty rough with everything she did, pinched my lip and gums a few times. The dentist seemed fine when I had my first cleaning, didnt say much (but sometimes thats preferred when theyre working on your mouth). However when I came back for a filling, he also hardly said anything to me. I think maybe he said hello on the way in, and let me know when the shot was coming. Neither of them really talked me through what was happening while I was getting the filling, and he didnt explain it beforehand. They only had conversations with each other, and it sounded like the dentist was correcting the hygienist a lot. Very concerning. When he was done, he got up and left the room without saying a single word to me, and went straight into another patient room. I was stunned. It felt very strange and unprofessional. I understand youre busy, but at least some kind of follow-up like okay, were all done! or shell finish you up! should be said. Preferably he should have discussed the follow-up aftercare with me. I had to ask the receptionist to explain follow-up to me on the way out because neither him nor the hygienist said anything about it. The whole thing felt rushed and like they were just prioritizing time over patient experience. Also after having the filings for a bit, Ive noticed how jagged and strangely shaped they are. Im having a lot more sensitivity than Ive had with other filings, although I cant say for sure that its due to their work. All I know is that I wont be going back there again.

Awful and unprofessional! The staff never answers the phone or returns voicemail, called 3 days straight trying to reschedule with no answer then they want to punish me for rescheduling without a 48 hour notice!Wow and now the owner is replying to my post lying saying that their texts and emails were ignored! They dont even have my email address and their text say, Text C for confirm or call for conflict which I did 3 days before this appointment with no answer or returned calls! This place is the definition of unprofessional. Dont waste your time with these people.

Positive-Fees are reasonable and getting a quick appointment is very easy.Negative-The extraction I had done here involved in the worst pain I ever felt in my entire life.

My teenage daughter decided to change dentist and leave her previous pediatric dental office and start coming her . We arrived for her appt and they took her right back with no waiting at all.
