I was referred to Dr. Anderson (Mike) for help with my back and neck. What a great referral this turned out to be! In my very first session with him he impressed me. Mike is a very competent, capable doctor who actually demonstrates sincere care and concern for his patients. How great is that! In summarizing, I can truly recommend Mike. He also has a great staff and masseuses. Don’t hesitate to avail yourself of him!!

I typically do not write reviews but feel that it is important to share that my experience with this practice has been outstanding. This is the first time I have received chiropractic care and initially I was extremely nervous. Dr. Mike was professional in our interaction and put me at ease immediately. The care I receive from Dr. Mike and his wonderful staff has been life changing for me. It is reassuring that this level of care exists in our community. Highly recommend this practice.

I played college baseball for 4 years. At 24, my hips were misaligned, my neck hurt, my back was on fire, and my right shoulder felt like it was going to fall off. I was a mess, and in some pain! Luckily I was referred to Dr. Mike, and after 4 weeks I feel amazing. Dr. Mike put care and time into identifying what my weaknesses were, as well as how I could continue to strengthen my body. I am not saying he is a miracle worker, but probably the closest thing to it. I mean I can actually put a pair of pants on with out crying in pain! Its crazy! I look forward to returning for more visits.

Anderson Chiropractic was recommended to me to go because I moved farther away from my last Chiropractor. I dont like change so I hesitated to try. Once I did finally go I was very pleased with the office staff smiling faces welcoming personalities and very helpful attitudes. Dr Anderson and staff are friendly professional and down to Earth. Horrible customer service from Kayla today. I was inquiring why I owed $1. Yes, thats right one lousy dollar. The last time I was there, I paid my account to current. I live 30 mins away and knew I wouldnt be in the area again for awhile. Kayla stated that she knew with my type of insurance they charge $1 for xray, $1 for exam and $1 for adjustment. With her stating that proves they knew this when I attempted to pay my account to current. They have sent me 2 letters to remind me to pay one dollar. They have wasted more on postage at this point! Not wanting to drive 30 mins for one dollar I decided to pay over the phone. I ask if there is a fee. Kayla at this point is not even trying to provide any customer service what so ever. I retrieve my card. First time I read my card she stops me and states she was booted because I took too long to get my card out. Then I had to read my card number over 4 more times! First she told me I read it too fast. Okay, Ill slow down...but now she states its too slow. She just kept telling me the system would boot her out in a very condescending way. Making it clear I was at fault. I asked if she would like to write it down so she could enter it at her own pace. Ole Kayla didnt like that very much. Hey Kayla, next time just write it down. I shouldnt have to repeat my card number out loud that many times IN PUBLIC. I never write negative reviews. I am a very understanding person as I work in customer service myself. Please someone get Kayla a Snickers quick. She needs it.
