Please just listen to your customer. If the customer requests you to not make the brow thin please do so. I’m not a picky person and I’m appreciative of your extended hours. However, I just don’t like that my request to only clean up the brow and not worry about the arch was completely disregarded. The brow tech was kind I would just prefer not to have super thin eyebrows the day before my birthday.

I only go yo one person here become brows are her art and I want to be her canvas every time. They have good practices and are super friendly every time I go.

Ms. Jenni was a very pleasant woman to be around I went to clear my mind and relax this was just the place to be after a long week of exciting adventure and coming into a new journey for this week this place helped level me well at least my eyebrows anyway lol 😂😉 but anyway thank you so much for your warm welcoming smile and spirit Ms. I will see you again for Loving what you do because it truly shows God Bless You and congratulations on your 10 years!!

Jenny is AMAZING! I went to another place and they messed my eyebrows up bad, cut them almost off! I didnt think she could make them look good at all and was prepared to just wait until they grew back in, but Jenny made them look so good I almost cried. Lol It was my 1st time going to Yes! Brows but I wont be going anywhere else from now on.

Great experience, clean and spacious studio, Jenny was adorable and did an amazing work with my eyebrows ( post covid with +3 months...) probably one of my best eyebrows done, also one of the less painful!

Today was my first time here and Jenny did my brows. Needless to say she did an amazing job. The reviews online are absolutely correct. My brows hadnt been arched in about two and a half months because of the stay in place order.Will be back!

My first visit was today. I came based off the reviews. Jenny was great! She made me feel great and it wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be. I teared up a bit during the process but that’s it. Definitely worth it. I probably won’t get waxed again. I’ll be back!

I just wanna say, this place sucks.I don’t how to post a picture but one night I went, and then 3 others came in. So she got antsy since it was already late and hurried up on my eyebrows and my right one is JACKED. And I have thin eyebrows, all I wanted them was shaped. Not messed up. Never going back. I prefer the one at holly hill mall. Tried giving y’all a try since you were the closest. Not next time tho! The fact I even tipped 😭

Wonderful job on my eyebrows! She even added brown powder to fill Im my brows. The two ladies were super nice and friendly. Its a shame they dont have more business. O read the reviews and was skeptical. I only do threading and I was visiting from out of town. So I was limited in choices. Im glad I went. They also had soft music playing in the background, kind of like a spa. Overall great experience, would highly recommend :)

Looking to get my eyebrows waxed, I scheduled an appointment at Brow N Brow. Wisam, the owner, was SO sweet and trustworthy that she convinced me to get my eyebrows threaded for the first time. I am INCREDIBLY intolerant to pain, so I was hesitant, but she was confident that I would love it!Wisams threading was PAINLESS!!! I couldnt believe it!!! She was so gentle and precise, and her presence made me incredibly confident and comfortable with her trying a new technique on my eyebrows. Afterward, she filled in my eyebrows with some powder - it looked so good that I bought it!Shes been open for 7 months now and will DEFINITELY take care of you! Not only is she so kind, but she offers incentives such as discount packages and monthly specials to keep her customers happy! So happy to support a local business!

Said that I wanted my eyebrows shaped and that I didn’t want them to be thin, but she continued to do them that way anyway. Now I have to grow them out again - which is what I was doing in the first place. Never coming back here again.

There wasn’t much to do to my brows. I told her to strictly clean them up only and no shaping. She made my eyebrows so thin. I really hope they grow back. I will not be back to this place.

My wife frequently would visit this establishment, came home today in tears because they took off half of her eyebrow. And they have the balls to charge her for it to which I had to go back in and get back the money. If you care at all about your eyebrows dont visit this place. If I could I would give it zero stars.
