I had an amazing experience here last week. I went in for a pedicure. I was greeted with smiling faces and the manager explained the whole process to me. The Covid-19 protocol that was taken made me feel very safe and taken care of (temperature/check-in). My feet/nails came out amazing. The store was extremely clean and a breath of fresh air. I cant say enough about how much I enjoyed my experience. I will for sure be returning.

Mane and Mani does an excellent job with social distancing, sanitizing and keeping employees and customers safe during COVID times. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a break and to take some time for themselves while being safe. Also, Jess Z is amazing and is so friendly. Highly recommend booking with her.

Bad customer service!!!! I was 8 minutes late, called ahead to let them know, and when I parked my car I got a call from them saying that they could not take me, after she said to me over the phone that the policy allows me to be 15 minutes late!!! I am very disappointed because I used to tell everyone abut this place!!!! I asked to cancel my membership and she did not seam to care at all... too bad

Lucky did a great job w/ my gel manicure. She was through, paying much attention to detail. If youre going to go to Mane and Mani, I highly suggest booking your nail service with her.However, my only complaint would be the pricing. My gel manicure cost $42 whereas at another salon more specifically designated for nail care I would have paid between $30-35. Once Ive used the credits on my account from buying into a monthly subscription, I will be taking my business down the street, unfortunately. Strictly due to cost. The service here is delightful and the atmosphere is great, but I cant continue to spend extra due to enjoying the light fixtures. In the past, Ive gotten a few pedicures here which are equally overpriced with a lack-luster massage given.Great concept, just needs a little bit of polishing.

I had a very pleasant experience at Mane & Mani. I went there for the first time. I needed to do hair and eye makeup. Nikki helped me out. she was ex trimly patient and she was listening to what I was asking from her. Everyone gave me a lot of compliments at the party I went. I will definitely go back there again.

I love mane and mani - I am there frequently for either a mani, pedi, or blowout. 9/10 it’s great. It’s clean, most people do a phenomenal job. Jess and Sanaa are my favorite. Erin does a great job with hair. I give it 4/5 as there are a couple who are terrible. The next time I get a blowout I’ll update the review to show a great job vs today’s terrible one. So basically I paid 50 dollars for them to wash and do my hair for me to come home and shower and do it myself. I’ll be back - I think this is the time I will learn to be picky and ask for who I like.

50 bucks for a VERY basic pedicure?! No thank you. One of my nails smudged and the lady just put more clear coat on top instead of removing the polish and repainting. I could have done a better job myself at home.

The staff is very accommodating and super friendly. The manicure was very reasonably priced and they do a great job. My nails look terrific. Jess was my manicurist and while she was at it, she also gave me product advice and assistance for my many mane issues. I bought all the products she recommended and it looks better already. It was a very pleasant experience.

I had a pedicure for the first time about a week ago. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of the facility and friendliness of the staff. They offer you drinks (non-alcoholic) as well! Liz took care of me and I was impressed that she took her time and did an excellent job on my feet, my nails are the prefect shape! The price was reasonable and comparable to other salons. Two thumbs up!!

I did a gel manicure and it lasted less than a week. Im not even mentioning how the edges of my fingers were not cleaned and when I asked for that in the salon, the esthetician said she cant do much about it! It was my first time there and Im not sure Ill go back. Too bad!

It was my first time at Mane & Mani for a gel manicure. I had a great experience. The salon was clean, modern, and the employees were very friendly. Also the polish choices are endless, so many to choose from. I had an appointment with Jess, and was seen right away. I love my mani and will be back for other services as well.

The staff in Burlington was so accommodating for a last minute blow out on a Friday evening! Jeffrey was absolutely wonderful- talented and kind. Such a great experience!

I really hate to give only 2 stars because the staff was wonderful and I had a great experience getting my nails done. Unfortunately, the gel manicure only lasted about 3 days! On day 3 all the polish fell off an entire nail! Next day this happened to another and now about a week later I’m missing polish from 4 nails. This has never happened to me before and typically gel polish lasts for about 3 weeks. Very disappointed because I got a gel manicure so I wouldn’t have to worry about my nails on vacation. Don’t recommend getting gel manicures here.

Everything about Mane and Mani is superb! The salons are impeccably clean - the staff is knowledgeable and professional and the final results of all services are terrific! I couldn’t live without them! Mane and Mani knows how to make you feel special!!

WOW. My hair looks so awesome !! I had Marissa today and am obsessed with my blowout. I have really thick kinky hair that most ppl assume I want flat and smooth. She asked me how I wanted it blow dried and totally delivered with some volume and curls while keeping roots smooth and straight. Ill definitely be a new regular as I bought the package deal they have for every month. Thanks again marissa !!

I have gotten my hair done here, and my makeup done, my hair looked great by the end, and I did not receive full coverage with makeup, thank God they had eyelash extensions to draw attention away from my skin which still had bright red marks, and dark circles under my eyes after leaving

Upon arrival, you are greeted by a friendly, well trained staff and an immaculate place. They are second to none for the services I have had, pedi’s, mani’s and a great blow dry. Warning... this place can be addictive!

The customer service here is unreal. Had a small accidental mishap with a wax that was just a normal risk of getting waxed and they went above and beyond including a complimentary wax and a phone call from guest services. The manager at this particular location is wonderful. Example: I just moved and had a mani pedi before my house warming and weeks later when I came back she remembered and ask how the party and home renno went. Customer service is a dying art but these ladies have got it down. I now drive 45 min in the wrong direction to continue to come here. #worthit
